Dilrubah hawk is the worse tax pro agent I have ever experienced. I owe $25 to the state and a $900 refund from the Federal. She sent me an email to allow her to send my return and I tried to explain to her that after signing in that there was no confirmation message to allow her to do so. I only got 2 messages. First one saying thank you for blah blah blah then the next one was a payment link to the federal. She wasn't understanding me when I tried to explain to her that the link she sent me was a payment link to federal. She kept telling me to "ignore it and continue" ended up losing $900 on the spot. She refused to fix her mistake after I panicked because you know who wouldn't. So she told me to call my bank to make a claim (which I did) then to go to customer service which for the most part felt like they were protecting her cause everyone kept putting me on hold then hang up or straight up hang up when I was in the middle of explaining my situation. I even went to the higher ups and I doubt they'll do anything because I have heard nothing from them 2 days later now. I was making calls for 5 hours after working 18 hours the previous day so I really wasn't having it. Never got my taxes done till today. They even tried to set an appointment up with another tax pro and they never called me then told me they don't do that. Never going back to such an unprofessional business that allows this type of behavior and attitude. She even said I wasn't listening to her after me explaining what I'm seeing step by step....

I have been using H&R Block as my tax preparer for a few years now and this is the second time Dolores Cajamarca has been my tax preparer. She is so kind and knowledgeable. I am having Dolores prepare my taxes again next year. I am also going to recommend her to others. I have recommended H&R Block in the past, though I don’t know if they actually went. I thank Dolores for making me feel confident that my taxes are being prepared professionally and with expertise.

Since I arrived in this country I started doing my taxes with H&R Block due to its popularity, but I have never been as satisfied with the service of this company as this year when I started doing my taxes with Mrs Mercedes. She is a sweet girl with so much kindness and she helped me do my taxes taking advantage of everything that was best applicable according to my situation! 100% recommended to Mrs Mercedes! Happy and grateful for your help!

The CPA I had, did a fine job under pressure. A+NOTE, if having to file during the *LAST TWO* days before the deadline, EXPECT A LOOOONG WAIT TIME! Their policy is they take clients on a "first come, first serve" basis; REGARDLESS of appointment or walk-in during the last 2 days.Made an 11:00 appointment and wasn't seen until almost 1:00 p.m. but tbh it was my fault for procrastinating and doing it on the last day...

The service I received at H&R was very professional beyond. I didn't had to wait too long. They explained and showed you what your entitled to. I will encourage my friends and family to come on board with H&R every year.
