My first time using H&R customer service was great as I walked in the door. I was also accommodating for my time. Thanks to Mrs. C Richardson for welcoming me to her desk with good service, helped me understand how my taxes was being filed and answered my questions. She explained the process and went through the steps made sure everything was correct. We had a great conversation on how to be prepared for next year tax season. She finished in a timely manner. I was able to smile and walk out with great service after a long day with work. Thanks to Mrs.Richardson I’ll be prepared early and my homework will be done.

My H&R Block tax specialist Kecia Leigh Ross was efficient, knowledgeable of the various tax forms needed and completed my returns in a timely manner. She has excellent customer service skills and I look forward to working with her next tax season.

Tax reps dont care...they are only bout money...once they incorrectly do your taxes you can bet you will not hear from your rep again...they make broken promises to make a client at ease...and most of the reps in the South of Queens hillside supthin merrick are VERY RUDE!
