I had a frustrating experience with Mr.Davilla at Hillside Toyota. He repeatedly failed to return my calls, even after saying he would follow up. He also promised to match or beat a competitor’s offer if I sent him the details in writing, which I did. After I provided the competitor's offer, he refused to make a deal on the vehicle. It felt like he was more interested in seeing what the competition was doing than actually working with me to make a sale. Very disappointing and not the kind of service I expect when purchasing a vehicle.

I purchased my first car at Toyota Hillside. fortunately, Ms Robin Dee assisted me all the way from doing all paperwork tirelessly. She did it without complaint. She’s the one you need to see here at Toyota Hillside whenever you want to purchase any car of your choice. She’s awesome!
I would like to thank Rankin the finance manager for the smooth transaction. George the general manager for always checking up on me throughout the process. Also Mike the sales manager for giving me a freebie for my fast charging Toyota charger.

Being my first time doing my 2022 Toyota Highlander LE oil change with Toyota @ Hillside Toyota location, it took me less than One hour and my Car service was completed, and i was charged for just $13 for the oil service.
I was really amazed and happy because i was also entertained with free coffee and some snacks. What a privileged to have business with you guys. I'm very grateful for the service been done. Kudos to you guys.
