I have been going to this pharmacy since I was a kid and now I’m 33 years old and still they have been amazing. Today my husband was really really sick and his doctor send over his prescription to hillside pharmacy. I called them right away and explained to them it needed to be filled right away and she told me to start heading over, she will have it ready. When I got there she already knew it was for me and it was ready to go. Each and every single staff here is beyond amazing and very helpful. Thank you for being amazing hillside pharmacy. The pharmacist would always take time out to explain the usage of the medication when they handed it to you.

Great pharmacy everything is readily available and accessible and great pharmacy staff always available for help and on top of prescriptions. They do an amazing job! I highly recommend to all.

Date of experience: May 12, 2023Time of experience: Around 5:30 pm.That lady that works at the back counter is not very professional. First she doesn't give me a bag after ringing up my items. I had to ask for it. Then she just tosses my bag by my stuff without putting my stuff inside like a normal cashier is supposed to do. I should have reported this to the manager.

Very informative and excellent pharmacy. People are very nice, and helpful. I always love to see samina there. Ready to help and answer all the questions,,,, if they don’t have anything they try to order for you and let you know when you can pick up your product.

Super rude employees! I would never like to see their faces again. Prescriptions are never ready on time. Electronic systems is ineffective. My doctors usually have to send the prescriptions 3 - 4 times for them to get it. Such a hassle!

Great pharmacy very helpful my biggest issue is the people who they hire to work at the pharmacy reception they are very rude they talk to customers like they don't wanna be there go find another job if you so unhappy I called to see if My doctor sent over prescription the person who answered the phone was beyond rude she slam the phone down on me I wasn't even done talking I wanted to ask her about an over counter medication very unprofessional. They really.need to know who they hiring you in customer service profession that's not how you speak to customers.

They never disappoint! The pharmacist is very informative when new medications are prescribed. The staff is very helpful and polite. The manager is a gem. If you’re looking for something and can’t find it, simply ask an employee and they can likely order it and have it delivered to the store within 2 business days. They even have hard-to-find Hispanic products.

Great staff working at this pharmacy. In the back area where you pickup your medication very helpful and the lady at the front pharmacy counter greets you at the counter with respect. only thing is why I gave it 4 stars is only one chair to sit also it takes 15-20 minutes to have the prescription ready so you will be waiting a while overall very good.I had to pick up some skin creme for some marks or scars I had on my legs

My gastroenterologist doctor send the prescription for. Colonoscopy , before I went to pickup. I did I phone call . When I supposed pick up my medicine. Not ready . Very very bad and not solutions
