Very odd experience the sales man was very nice and courteous but the finance guy came over and completely went off the rails the minute he saw that I was Jewish very unprofessional accused me of playing games because I offered on a car… sorry HONDA LOST A CUSTOMER THIS TIMEUpdate: funny they leave me a number to call like they care and the person who answers has no clue to why I’m calling…. Even the response is a scam not sure how this business is running and allowed to use the Honda name….

Very bad customer service ever!!! Unfortunately, my experience with Honda hillside and with their employees, has been incredibly disappointing.Moreover, the customer service provided by Honda hillside employees has been far from satisfactory. I found them to be unresponsive, unhelpful, and lacking in knowledge about their own products. It seemed as though they were more interested in making a sale than ensuring customer satisfaction.Overall, my experiences with Honda hillside and its employees have left me with a profound sense of disappointment and frustration. I would strongly advise anyone considering a Honda vehicle to explore other options that prioritize quality, customer service, and innovation.

I stopped by here while car shopping for a new SUV and although the staff are nice and welcoming, I wasn't a fan of the interior of most vehicles, most importantly the fact that Honda took out the shifter from the Honda Pilot. We wandered around checking out cars for 10 min and the sales rep came to help us as we were about to leave. I told them the many reasons why I don't think the Pilot was a fit and he tried to sell me the CRV but I said I wanted a bigger car, then he continued to pressure me into sitting down and getting my info to "see if any other vehicles would be a fit" and then he asked us to wait a few min. It seems he was reporting to his manager why we didn't want to buy. After a few minutes, I got up to tell him sorry I'm not interested and the manager basically said - sorry I hear you didn't like the shifter on the vehicle but I can offer $499/month on the Pilot if I change my mind. I politely declined. The next day I received emails, texts and calls all within an hr of each other. Even after unsubscribing to emails and texts, I then received a call and voicemail. I think the thing that annoys me the most is that they know you don't like the vehicle, and pressure you to buy it. Sorry, I don't think I'd ever come back to shop here. It was a big turn off.

I'm VERY HAPPY with my recent purchase of a new Honda from Hillside Honda!I was expertly helped by Mo Chaudry and Emily Nicol. I was given an attractive offer over the phone and visited the dealership the next day. They had the model I wanted in stock and we signed an agreement on the final purchase price.I picked up the vehicle a few days later and there were no surprises. We competed the paperwork (an easy process), my vehicle was prepared and delivered. Emily demonstrated it's many features, thanked me, and I was on my way.I would highly recommend purchasing here. Ask for Mo and/or Emily an you will be well taken care of.Thank you Hillside Honda!!!

A very well run, organized, tidy operation. I went in for a recall issue on my Element, but I also checked prices in their parts department which I found to be overpriced. I was able to source the same OEM parts for 35% cheaper on the web. They also want $150 just to look at the car. I guess I’ll stick to my local mechanic who does not charge just to look, and who does very good work. Other than that, the staff is quite friendly and I’ll look forward to my next visit, should I need one.

Hi all, this was my first time using this dealer to handle the service of my 2022 passport. Have to say the it was better than expected. Made an appointment on line, got there early and Henry Peterson was my service advisor. He helped me upon my arrival and went thru all the service that was needed for my vehicle. The return time was very prompt and the cashier was quick to expedite and VERY courteous! Will be using them in the future.

We walked in no appointment and were helped right away. Emily was very helpful and seemed to know a great deal about the car we were interested in. She was able to answer all of our questions and we left that day with a new car. We did notice that the music would pause by itself and she was quick to offer making us an appointment to bring it in and have it looked at. I Would highly recommend speaking with Emily for all of your car needs.

The assistance I received to purchase my first vehicle was phenomenal. I was helped by Esai Jimenez. Very patient and understanding of any situation that came his way and didn’t stop trying to find ways to make sure I walked out of the lot happy. He was a big help and I’d recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Osler I had appointment on sept 9 at 9.15 I was there before 9:15 when I go inside after few min thay call me I told them I need 3rd blub and diagnose my car than he said computer is down he go to other counter and took other people who come after me .I leave car there and go home walking 2 mile .he said come to pick up 5 pm I go again walking there to pick up car .when I reach he said you can't get car today .I told him why don't you call me I came 2 mile walking .than he said you have two choice leave car or make another appointment .I told him why they don't look my car he said there was another 20 car ahead of you I told him than why they take appointment.he said you want talk to manager I said yes .manager didn't come I said I don't want west another hour I left with car it's no worth to go that place

Would give a 0 if I could...went in to do a lease buyout...Syed the financial manager conducted a thorough rip off without reviewing the extras he was adding on...he promised to refund money and cancel some of the protection plans but never did...I attempted to contact him to discuss refunding the money and then he suddenly decided to take a "2 week vacation" STAY FAR AWAY FOR THIS DEALERSHIP...I WILL BE CONTACTING MY AG OFFICE, DMV and BBB so hopefully others do not make the same mistake I did in visiting these con artists

Honda always takes care of me. Making an appointment is easy. The communication for the most part is fluid. They sent you a message where you can consistently text or call while your car is in their care. They are organized and clear. they explain anything that may be unclear, happily. I always get a full report on everything else in the car, such as the wear and tear of tires and recommended things to look out for. I have always been skeptical of car places but i belive this shop goes above and beyond

Experience was good, but my expectation was higher than what I received. All information should have been provided in a more timely manner. Thanks to the guys who worked on Saturday, the guy from express services who gave me the info as soon as he read the work order. I was able to make a quick decision.

We when in to buy a car but the first thing the sales person asked was "will you be able to pay off the monthly payments" I don't think that very professional from her part and then she left us hanging while is was talking to her coworker we were waiting for her to come back she looked like she didn't want to help at all really poor service HONDA NOT GOOD

While purchasing my brand-new car, I was shocked to discover that the dealership had added a slew of unnecessary third-party warranties to my invoice, without properly informing me.Upon finalizing the deal for my new car, I was handed the invoice which listed additional charges for various warranties. What baffled me was the fact that I was buying a brand-new car, and these warranties were supposedly meant to provide extra coverage for potential issues that should not be occurring in a new vehicle. It felt like the dealership was trying to pad their profits by pushing unnecessary services onto unsuspecting customers.What’s even more concerning is that these added warranties were not clearly explained during the sales process. I was not provided with detailed information about the coverage, terms, or conditions of these warranties.
