poor Quality customer service, the owner is biased towards hiring young ladies with no skills and experience. I don’t understand how such people get jobs with responsibilities. I guess education or experience isn’t the priority for them anymore. These girls take so long to process the medicines and they have no discipline whatsoever. Playing loud music and working on their own pace, no respect for Customers. The pharmacy next door is 100 times better. ???

We have been their customer for a long time now ever since they opened the pharmacy. But day by day, their service is getting worse. Today is fat hijabi girl, idk her name so she made fun of my mother for her accent and the owner was right there when my mom complained, he didn’t do much. They just hire anyone these days especially all these young girls who lack manners and customer service skills. Our entire family of 7 people have been their customer for a long time, guess it’s time to change and let friends and family know about the experience. Perhaps today wasn’t the first time experiencing something like this. InshaAllah I will try my best to spread the words around Jamaica about their service. I would suggest if you are a person thinking of switching to the pharmacy, DON’T.

The staff strive to deliver exceptional service. It is easy to reach out to them via phone ahead of time to pick up medication which is a great time saver.

Gave 4-5 LESS pills than prescribed for EVERY SINGLE BOTTLE of medication across 2 different people (~5 bottles in total). Incredibly irresponsible & could cost people's lives.

Absolutely amazing experience! I have been going there for the last 7 years and they are always on top of everything. You don’t even have to call them for your prescriptions, as soon as the doc sends it in, its ready. People there are amazing. Very helpful. Thank you all for everything
