THE WAY THEY DO HAIR IS AMAZING ONLY!!!! Other than that they are pretty rude and sometimes like to overcharge. Im Dominican and I go in there acting like I don’t speak Spanish and the way they talk about clients is crazy. But they work of the blonde pixie cute lady is Amazing her hands are gods gift but honestly they are lazy sometimes and just very rude. I come like as a backup place.

I have an issue with the pricing; they’ll over charge for wash & set & over charge charge to just get a blow out. Not sure why is it like this but that needs to be adjusted. Stop over charging people a ridiculous amount which doesn’t make sense. Taking advantage of people is not professional!

Visiting family and came here for a quick color. I know quite a bit of Spanish from educational classes. A young lady walked in speaking Spanish and the woman kindly showed her all the people ahead of her including me. Well, suddenly, I took a back seat and the lady and her family were getting their hair done. After some time at the sink, I complained and asked for someone to wash the color out my hair. I sat too long after the roller set and proceeded to pay snd leave and they then took me. The woman who did my hair was subtly perturbed and proceeded to throw indirect digs, asking if I was Jamaican bc that would explain “my attitude”. I’m a professional, I don’t get attitudes, I assert in a kind and firm manner. After her few potshots, the owner walked in. I said hello, she said nothing. They must’ve told her it was me and of course she caters to these ladies to keep her business going. Wonder what she would feel if she knew the lady told me the owner isn’t Spanish but Blk as if it mattered? Bottom line, they burn your hair out with excessively hot dryers, are partial to their natives and the owner could not care less about customer service. Take your money to genuinely nice stylists who don’t talk about you thinking you don’t know their language until they tell the other, oh! She knows Spanish….yea… I experienced that too….

I been to this salon a few times and I always get charged different price than what the chart say which is $50 for wash and blow . Went in today and I was charged $65 i never paid that much for any Dominican hair salon included this one . I didn’t say anything or make a fuss about it I paid . But I definitely won’t be returning back . Especially after I seen other girls paid less and nowhere on the chart it say natural hair pays more so I was rip off $15 extra dollars and if my hair needed to be washed longer it should only be $5 maybe $10 but not $15 . Don’t do repeated customers like that because it been awhile since I been here and it was a let down for me . And reading from the comments I’m not the only one with this issue . Hope the owner change that because nowadays everyone natural and some of the women who work in that salon have the same texture hair as mine .

Experienced professionals who know what they are doing. I have been here numerous times, and I will continue to patronize this business. The ladies are friendly, professional, and quick. Ladies are popping in and out all day for their "hair refresher," lol. I usually pop in for a quick wash and set, but this time, I went bold and added some color. Lol. Had to get ready for fall and the holidays, of course! They have an extensive number of colors to choose from, so you may come in with one color in mind....and BOOM you see something in the book to grab your attention. They did not disappoint. It came out EXACTLY how I wanted it. Thanks!

This place is racist !!! I went here to get finger waves and was automatically told no. A few other ladies came and told me no as well. They didn’t even feel my hair or anything or tell me why. I asked them “not even with perm?” And they still told me no. Mind you, my hair was already short and curly. I left feeling so discouraged and I went into a different salon and they was able to do my hair.

This is one of the most racist, disrespectful and unprofessional businesses I ever visited, they talk about you blatantly if you don’t know Spanish, whenever I asked a question answering with an attitude, then all looking and laughing at me like I’m some joke. Then she worked like she didn’t want to do my hair, my hair is not straight and yet they charged me $75. This place is a rip off. DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!Service: Hair straightening
