This brand needs to improve its customer service. Employees should be more helpful to customers. Long wait times for payments, a manpower crisis, and a lack of support when assistance is requested are unacceptable. The old lady's behavior towards a customer inquiring about pricing was unacceptable and should not be tolerated.

toooo much poor customer service.They have employee shortage.I waited for 20 munites just to unlock a lock shelf.they got a long customer line in cashier section but they got only 1 employee there..trust me i waste 40 munites just to buy an air freshner.No one cares about customers..I wish i could report for this store to the main management..never ever com back again

It's better than many other pharmacies I've been to. I would give it 5 stars but it depends on the staff member who works with you. Some staff members are excellent while others should stay away from customer service. It seems like working in a pharmacy is very stressful.

Just shut it down and put a high rise because it makes no sense that i’m waiting a long time for them to bring my order to my car and currently having the phone ring out for 10 mins for someone to answer the phone when it says if your order is not to you in 5 mins to call the store. I have a toddler in the car so it’s the reason why I needed the order to my car. Ridiculous!
