Not only did they send me the wrong item, which I addressed with them quickly and with pictures, but after a basic "These things happen" response and told they would fix this as soon as possible it has been weeks with no resolution in sight. Send your customers what they paid for! Simple. Do not order from this company online because you will not get any further service it seems.

Worst company ever with the worst customer service!!!!
I placed an order with them and they call me 2 days later to inform me the gift set i bought is out of stock and she offers to replace it with just the bottle with nothing else. I ask her what can she offer me as compensation as I’ll be paying the gift set price for just a regular bottle and she says there’s nothing they could do about it. Worst experience for an online store ever!
Do not buy from this place unless you want to get ripped off.
They also did not refund me for the shipping

Do not order from this company. I sent them several email that the information they had was wrong. They had 3 days between the time I ordered and the time they shipped. I did not receive one reply from all the emails. And they ended up shipping my order anyway.

I am so beyond disappointed with the business. I ordered a bottle of pet expensive whiskey for a special occasion. Package label printed but no tracking of it ever being shipped. I contacted the business the first time, I was promised a call back within 30 minutes, no response. Called back again, we're checking with shipping. We'll let you know what FedEx says. Nearly a week later, no response. Called back again, hung up on and had to ask for a manager who promised a call back the following day, no response. Ultimately there is 0 evidence the package has shipped, a replacement was never shipped, and no refund. Worse even if I didn't buy the extra shipping protection, I would just be out of luck. All I asked for was a replacement with expedited shipping and after nearly 3 weeks and 5 phone calls my last resort is to file a charge back. This should have been easily resolved but it turned from something that was meant to be a special gift into an extreme pain.

I have ordered twice and have no problems. Well packaged shipments and everything arrived intact. First order was six days shipping from California to Maine and the second order took only four days. Fed Ex tracking. Thank you for the service and I will be ordering again!
