Today I went into the store to look at certain items and while I was doing that, this short "corny" "top flight" security guard kept following me around the store because I came out of work and had a shopping bag. I left and went to Marshall's to buy certain items because Feel don't have everything. This gets better. When I went back to the store, the guy didn't want me in the store and tried to stop me. I wanted to buy makeup wipes.

I am never going here again. This lady talked me into getting a $200 wavy wig saying I can straighten it and it has so many split ends in ready to just throw it away. I have a gala to go to in 2 days and I wasted my money. The sells people follow you around so much you don't even have time to look for something you actually like. They so busy trying to get a sell they will tell you anything to buy them low quality wigs. Just buy a wig online. They overprice these wigs and tell you the quality is good when it's not.

I will never give this business my money EVERY AGAIN! I came to this location today to exchange the pins I purchased earlier that day. I bought three different sets of pins.(i over estimated the amount of pins I would need lol) I realized I didn't have much use for one set after pinning my hair so I returned to this beauty supply store to exchange them for something else. When I got to the counter the lady on the left,pictured below (I assume didn't have authority to process my transaction) called the lady in the red pants over. When the lady in the red pants got in front of me that's when the unprofessionalism began. I was met with "why are you returning it"(said with an attitude mind you) "I've never seen these pins here" "we DONT sell these" went to the other lady and said horrible things about me like "she knows she didn't get it from here" I was greeted like I was a criminal, i had to ask if she was the owner because I couldn't believe it! They tried to play like they couldn't scan the pins, so to make it faster for all of us I asked countless times did they want me to go in the back and get the pins so I can get the hell up out of there and show them that they do in fact sell the pins here. The lady on the left was like "no that's not the reason, it's because the barcode isn't scanning" then when I started to get aggravated the bar code was some how able to scan. lol! I was super uncomfortable the entire time. I got really agitated because the lady in the red pants was doing everything she could to not process my exchange and the other lady just watched. I couldn't believe it. I've never experienced anything like this before in my life. The people here are so unprofessional and they treat their customers like s****

Called a few beauty supply stores on the ave today for a certain type of half wig made by Sensationnel. Everyone said they don’t sell it. Than magically I called this store, the owner has the wig in stock w the color I wanted. I ran fast & purchased it) Also bought a few hair products while I was in the store. Very affordable prices and good items on the shelves.They also have great nose rings with good prices.

I purchased a belly ring with a charm and it broke. It was $10.00, but seems to be cheaply made. I’ve never had a charm break on me from sleeping. I’ve had my piercing for years. I was denied an exchange and the opportunity for store credit. Will never shop here again. No understanding towards the customer. Please beware.

The Chinese lady is so freaking Rude and she doesn’t have any manners at all. I think she wakes up in the morning and leave her manners in her home . I was in her store buying few things for my work . It was total more then $100 and my manager give me $100 . So I told her can I choose and keep my order under $100. She got so mad and she slammed the bag infront of me and yelled the choose what you want . I was so shocked I asked her why did you slammed it. She said it’s closing time and she wanna close the store . And start screaming. She got in my last nerves.

Horrible 8pm is for customers they would not let me in at 7:47 smh I literally took a cab to me them .. Horrible customer service I even saw a lady get let out they still had customers inside

I've never had a problem here. No one followed me around the store. Seemed like only 2 people on the floor so ask for what you need at the door if you're confused. Purchased extra hair packs and came back to exchange it in a few days, had no problems.
