Drivers don't attempt delivery. They just submit a report that they did attempt. They don't leave tags they don't ring the doorbell they don't knock on the door worst of all they don't want to walk up any stairs carrying packages. Packages end up getting lost at worst or sent back at best. Where is management?

This facility drivers lies all the time. I waited at home with my door open from 9 am until 12 pm which was the email Time for delivery. No one showed up. I called the 800 number and asked where the driver was and the girl lied saying her cut off time is 12:30 pm. I'm reading the email lady. Then I get and email saying the package is delayed. How come. I was home til cut off time to give the signature. Then I go to the counter at the store and the rude woman don't want to address this issue. Stating call the 800 number to have it redirect to the facility. Then I call the 800 number. They claim FedEx driver came twice on Monday. Well it must have been after the time supplied because my door was opened and nobody was at it. FedEx lies. Now I have to go pick up my own packages. They don't even leave a notice on your door for number or location. UPS So much better. Poor treatment of delivery

Absolutely horrendous experience. I know these people don’t care but my goodness at least pretend. Refused to give me my package even tho I had proof that it was mine.. I called the 1800 number twice to ensure I was able to pick it up despite my id showing an old address. I receive two different answers. Phone says yes, in-person says no … I understand policy is policy but the lack of help and customer service is awful. People are stressed out, these attempts of delivery are lies…no need to be rude and obviously not concerned. This review would prob not mean anything but wow.

I won’t say the counter workers are rude, but there’s this one West Indian darkskin lady that wears glasses, she sports a shoulder length wig, who’s definitely in a managerial position or higher who is absolutely rude not only to her colleagues but to customers. She needs to be checked, by the higher ups. I know that I have to tread lightly because I’m afraid I won’t get my packages.

Horrible service they provide by lying about attempting to delivery the package for three whole days when I stayed home of the hours they said they’ll deliver. Why lying and setting expectations when it all could’ve been avoided if they just told from the beginning they can’t deliver. Messing with people’s expectations and time is just not cool

Fedex has lost my package so many times and it's incredibly irresponsible on the drivers part, the customer service when you are truly not helpful at all its become an ongoing show. I have so many words for this problem but honestly it's exhausting with it happening over and over again. The photos they use aren't even my home or even near my home do they not use GPS while delivering I just don't understand.

They have thief’s working here as drivers!!! Saying they attempted delivery but they didn’t. Also saying the package was delivered n sigh for and they stole it!! Driver ID: MASTER!!! Stop having these criminals working here and steeling people money!

On average you get good service. On occasion I've gotten very poor service.The morning security staff is very professional and courteous .I'd give this place 4.5 to 5 stars if everyone was like Michelle. She is very courteous, professional, fast and efficient. I wish I could say the same for the remainder of the customer facing morning staff. They are decent in general, but not great, and occasionally rude with no provocation or controversial transactions, this includes when they are not involved with the transaction.

Quick in and out. Friendly staff. I don't know what everyone was complaining about. I read an awful review about how the men are professional while the women were rougher. It's more certainly not true! If you're nice to the workers, they'll be nice back. It's basic human communication. So if you come in being demanding and rude, you sure as hell deserve whatever service you received.

Everyone’s experience is on par with mine. Had an overnight package to be delivered to me. Waited 2 days! 2 long days during and after the the delivery time and last the delivery expected window. Both times were marked receipent unavailable at location to sign for package. I was home and both days and no FedEx truck passed by. I called customer service and they told me to go pick it up after 7:30-8pm. Now I gotta drive 10+ miles for something that was suppose to be done the first time correctly.

Worst ever. Customer service very rude and unprofessional. Long wait . They go hide behind the counter . Refused to help or talk . Wrist customer service in New York . Hope fedex corporate will look into it . Worker run the place like mom and pops store .

Very busy but orderly. A bit of a wait but that's understandable. The delivery people need to do a better job at actually doing the deliveries so that these facilities wouldn't have to pick up the strain.

Terrible customer service. They had me and like 25+ people waiting for like four hours. On top of that they start cussing and insulting us like?! We understand you guys are busy but making us wait for 4 hours and not giving us answers is crazy. And they get mad at us for not being patient after waiting for so long. So if you get a package here prepare to wait for hours

My driver drove past my house for an entire week and he did not stop to deliver my package of prescriptions from my Dr. The pharmacy called me to let me know that they were notified that i had not been home for any of my deliveries. That was a lie. Someone is always home. We have sick eldery people within my household. So I went to the office to find out what was going on.Although the driver documented that he attempted to deliver I had video that shows otherwise. I also explained that he never left door tag to at least indicate that he attempted to deliver.I asked for the package not be delivered and instead i would pick it up myself. When I went into office I explained what happened to another representative and not only was she empathetic my package was there waiting. I was so glad to have them.

The package should have been delivered on 5/5No attempt was made, I got an email. The package will be delivered on 5/6, and I received no delivery. After tracking, I saw an exception. They claimed they tried delivering at 9:46, and no one was home. My doorbell or home camera didn't show any delivery attempt.
