I've been going back and forth with customer service representatives and supervisors since July 28, it is now August 7 I still have not received my package. Like most of the reviews states lying g drivers stating that delivery attempts were made when no one showed up. Supervisors keep guaranteeing me that my package will be delivered, but a week later, there is still nothing. I spoke with 3 reps yesterday 8/6/24 and a supervisor and still no deliver today 8/7/24. A signature is not required, so i'm not understanding the issue here. There needs to be an internal investigation and a lawsuit in motion for this location. Fire these incompetent people and hire someone who actually wants to work. I'm so frustrated. See pictures with their fake attempts, I had my landlord watch the camera and didn't see a fedex truck insight.

The drivers falsify records constantly in this building/hub. They say they attempted and never do.they just bring packages back to building. Even if you do the digital signature. They say they attempted delivery and there not even by your house/apt. Drivers should be fired. It's happened to me 4 times.i wait all day for my pkg . nothing!!!After 3 days and fake attempts. I go to this hub. To wait in a room for hours for my pkg that was never attempted. Filled with 100s of others that experienced the same situation of hell

Very unprofessional does not want to help and doesn't care. Hands over wrong information with confidence. I don't know how much FedEx pays them must be less than a dime.

I wish you could give 0 or negative stars. Whoever runs this facility should be FIRED. The quality of service is absolutely ABYSMAL. If you read the reviews, you'll see that customers regularly complain about this facility and its drivers making fake delivery attempts and then fraudulently marking packages as delivered. The same happened to me. FedEx was supposedly unable to deliver two of my packages as I supposedly wasn't available. One of these packages was even marked as delivered and even signed by me (yeah, these people have no shame). This is absolutely FALSE. I was at home on all of those days and can attest that there were no delivery attempts made. No one rang my apartment; there were no door tags left in my lobby. I also have security cameras in my building that activate when someone rings my apartment or is in the lobby.
When I called the customer service they opened an investigation to track my package, even though the associate I've spoken with has told me that I can pick-up the package that was marked as "delivered" from this FedEx location. How could the package be delivered and marked as signed by me, when it's still at the FedEx location?! No matter how many times I called and complained to the FedEx customer service, they couldn't offer any meaningful updates - I'm told that they repeatedly followed up with the manager at this FedEx location, who wouldn't get back to them. That person simply doesn't care and there are absolutely no consequences for them for faking delivery attempts and marking packages as delivered when they are actually not. It's frankly mindboggling that something like this could happen nowadays...

This place is a total joke. FedEx needs to seriously step up their game. What's with these clown drivers claiming they delivered packages but never actually making the effort to even drive to our house? I have a Ring doorbell and for the third time, they "reattempted" delivery, but it's all talk, no action. It's beyond frustrating and downright disrespectful.

HORRIBLE! not the first time happened with my packages "WE TRIED TO DELIVER" meanwhile never even attempted. Customer service is not helpful at ALL, not solving the issue or trying to be nice and helpful, not escalating calls to supervisor or upper management. Been waiting for package all day long (expecting delivery 9am-11am), FEDEX EXPRESS does NOT do their job.

The location is horrible and the delivery people are liars. They said that they’ve attempted to deliver I have a ring camera didn’t see one FedEx truck pass my place. No notice either saying they tried.Like if you don’t want to do your job just leave it at the terrible location so someone can pick it up. 100000% don’t recommend

Worst experience ever! Was supposed to receive a package with a two day shipping for which I had paid $25 extra. For three consecutive days the delivery was delayed and at the end was asked to come and pick up the package at the fedex location. You can see in the picture how big the waiting que was there. Very very disappointed in the service will never order again with Fedex!

This is my first time having such a terrible experience. They said they tried twice to deliver my package but never showed up at all. The truck didn’t even pass by my house and two people were home. I’m still figuring out when exactly my package should get here and it’s almost Been over a week.
