Drivers don't attempt delivery. They just submit a report that they did attempt. They don't leave tags they don't ring the doorbell they don't knock on the door worst of all they don't want to walk up any stairs carrying packages. Packages end up getting lost at worst or sent back at best. Where is management?

Very unprofessional does not want to help and doesn't care. Hands over wrong information with confidence. I don't know how much FedEx pays them must be less than a dime.

Unprofessional and horrible experience. FedEx customer service needs some serious improvements. The 800 number is even worse!
