Self checkout doesn’t have a store employee and the machine does not pick up any tags. The security and store employees think everybody would steal at Uniqlo which is just the cheapest Japanese clothing store there is.

In store at Skyview: 5 stars. Clean, organized, friendly and super helpful staff, somewhat expensive but good quality, easy pickup of online orders. Online: 1 star. Just learned you cannot return online purchases to a store even if you picked it up from the store unless you selected the in-store payment option, which requires payment within 60 minutes of an online purchase!!?! You must instead pay to return to their warehouse. There is also no price adjustment for online purchases that are not paid for in-store. So, if you order something that then goes on sale before it gets delivered, no price adjustment for you! Won’t ever purchase anything that’s out of stock in store online again. Bah!
