I recently moved to Jamaica and went to doctor visit today. Usually I picked up my medication from Jackson height. Since I move there I decided for change my pharmacy here in hillside . I don’t know any pharmacy, suddenly my memory serves have watched a commercial done by our community famous social media guy named Torikul Islam Mitu . On his commercial he told they even can do home delivery. So I requested my doctor for sent my prescription to Estate pharmacy. About one hour later I received a call but I missed it . While I call back the employee ask my issuance information. He said it will take 5 minutes to get ready. I request him I am parked outside of the door since there is no parking and it’s No standing zone can you please hand over me in my car I am parked in front of the gate , he replied ok. I waited there around 20 minutes and call back again . A different person answered my call and said yes your medication is ready. I requested him for hand me over by the door since I am parked in no standing anytime zone. He replied he can’t . So I had to drove without my medication. The person who answered my 2nd call he don’t have a minimum manner . Definitely I will not going back to them for medication.

Racist and reckless with their customers. Anytime I get a prescription that’s not a standard one in example, mental health, there is an issue. There were times they would say my insurance doesn’t cover it or they can’t find it. Then I would have to come in like a maniac and all of a sudden it’s found or can be made. I try to support small local business’ but this is why consumers go to a place like CVS. I’ve had no issues with a bigger corporation. They only care about their brown customers and it is reflective in the reviews with 5 stars. Any other race they treat like trash.

I had a major surgery and my surgeon prescribed me Oxycodin, my wife called pharmecy to receive my medication and they said they finished, but when I went to the pharmacy they forgot that they lied to us about finishing the medication.I was in pain and the pharmasist tried to give me13 pills insted of 15 which was prescribed !!!!But when my wife counted them and said it’s incorrect, instead of apology he talked very rude and went behind the counter and brought my medications back with correct amount.I was in a bad situation and he wanted to steal my pills.Also, he charged me whereas my insurance cover them… after this we all family decided to change our pharmacy and I will never go there any more, they are very low class people and they don’t know how to talk with customers and patients especialy when patients are in pain and emergency situation. They don’t deserve our trust any more

One of the best pharmacies in Hillside, Jamaica for the community. All staff are professional. After renovating this place became very easy moving and wider than before.

Customer comes first and you don’t get angry or talk nasty to people ! I didn’t make any racial comments, for your information! You were the ones nasty towards me ! I even got my doctor on the phone , and you said “give me the phone !” This is not nice ! I’ve never been treated like this at my Regular CVS pharmacy! I couldn’t go there because the computer system was malfunctioning and I had to divert to your office because I am in pain !!I am in pain , u filled my prescription and rudely u took it back , that is wrong !

Extremely nasty people work here ! I won’t even send my dog here ! Stay away from money hungry don’t even care about people !! U talk nasty to me , this is not a third world country! Learn about customer service and people skills !! I just want to get pain meds from my dentist and just because they couldn’t take my information correctly, they harassed me and spoke very nasty to me ! This is the way they talked to me “ give me the card “! They asked me 3 times for my information just because they couldn’t listen to my name right and verify it! All they had to say , they can fix the correct name and don’t with it ! But no he pushed the card in my face and said he wouldn’t help me get my meds . What a nasty place !! Don’t go there !!
