Renting a car from Enterprise could be a headache at times. I was able to rent with them through my insurance. My experience was fairly reasonable. With a few hiccups on the road, I was able to secure a vehicle that suited the needs of my family. Their selections are not the best, but you're sure to find something you like or at least something that comes close to it. There were a few times when I had to switch the vehicle that I was into another one, and they made sure that too was a smooth experience. I had an issue with the seat belt in one of the rentals, and they were quick to find me another vehicle. I can understand the POV of some of the reviews and with that in mind, I was on guard going into the establishment. So with all that went on, I was already preparing for my sub-par experience, but they were surprisingly very accommodating. We had the enterprise rental until our vehicle was out of the repair shop and they were very understanding in regards to us needing an extension. All in all, my experience was good. Thank you Enterprise.

Never reserve a car with them they take you in send you a confirmation online and once you go to the location this specific location they tell you to wait for two hours three hours just to get a car and they don’t even have enough chairs for you to sit and staff is very rude don’t answer your questions.Horrible place stay away !

After my previous rental stalled out I was sent to this location by enterprise road side assistance. They told me that they would have a car ready for me in 10 minutes to replace their car that stalled. I just needed to wait for them to finish an oil change and clean it. An hour later they said they could not get me a car despite the car being ready. Because they didn't have the right system and they hadn't towed the car yet. They made me call the road side assistance and get the replacement processed over to the airport and then Uber over to the airport. If they were not going to replace the vehicle they could have said that upfront instead of having me wait an hour and a half to just have to start the whole process over at another location.

A driver damaged my own car and Drew was very helpful and understanding of my situation. He provided me a car that picked me up from the body shop and educated me on the ins and outs of my loaner vehicle. I’ve only rented cars from out-of-state so this would be my best experience within New York and the US. Drew was very patient and kind. Everyone there was!

Worst experience ever at this branch, which makes me determined not to use Enterprise ever again (it's my first time trying them out, and totally regretted it). Coming from overseas with a foreign driver's license and fully notarized properly translated document, having CALLED the office ahead of time to double-check and confirm it's ok to rent a car using the above documents plus passport, hired a uber from Manhattan with two kids and tons of luggage, stuck in traffic anxiously trying to be there before they close at noon (what car rental closes at noon on a Saturday, lol). And when we arrived, the manager just coldly said they cannot rent a car to me without an international driver's license. Tried to educate him with more updated information so as to better serve people from outside of the US (there're countries in the world that don't validate international driver's license, in which case, an official translated version of driver's license should suffice), but the so-called manager with a poker face just wouldn't listen to anything. All's in vain. No sensible communication was possible. Immediately called several of their competitors and they all agreed with my understanding (exactly in line with their written policy)and willing to rent me a car. Unfortunately due to time constraint, not every car rental had a car available for rent in 30 minutes. Thankfully, Alamo at JFK had, so went there right away and got my car, super smoothly.Avoid this place if possible. Wasted customer's time and money, and not at all apologetic!!!!

I had a great experience with this Enterpriseoffice. Everyone that worked there was extremely friendly and did a great job with getting me a rental car. I even returned the first car after I drove it 2 blocks, came back and they gave me a different vehicle. I really appreciated that. No need to go to JFK when I can get good service locally!
