I’m checking my delivery status and I see this order is marked “canceled” even though my card was already charged for my online order. I was not called and did not even receive an e-mail about this cancellation. This is a horrible experience to have when I thought my friend would be receiving a special gift in a few hours.Then when I called, the store employee was very indifferent, didn’t offer me any kind of substitute and just said “you should have gotten an email.” I have not had this experience with Edible before and I’m very disappointed.Now the website isn’t letting me process a refund, either.

Schedule hours says they close at 6pm. It was 5:35 on a Thursday and it was already closed. If you changed your closing time please update it on Google.

My husband always gets me an edible arrangement...it's just his thing, and I'm very grateful. Over the years, he's gone to many different locations, but this one stands out from the rest. The fruits are huge, sweet, and so fresh. Always very nicely packaged. It's definitely one of the better locations in Queens.

My daughter wanted it to be delivered for mother day Which is Sunday and on it says delivery for Sunday got it today and the fruit look like it was in the freezer and everything was melted also the bags had a lot of condensation in it. Will never order for edible arrangements and this was our first time

Order placed February 13th morning for valentines today February 14thCheck status in the morning order being prepared check status 12pm order out for delivery 8pm February 14th never received the order so basically my wife didnt received what i ordered for her only had one job prepared and delivered the order couldn't do that horrible service.

I should of read reviews before ordering… if the order could not be for filled someone could of called me to let me know! I could of made other arrangements….I placed an order, a LARGE order at that to be delivered sometime today… Paid a delivery fee for today.. order was placed hours ago…. Plenty of time to create order before closing.I tried to call to check up and make sure everything is going good with the order… Guess what stores closed and No delivery attempt made…I needed it delivered today as my mother is battling Breast cancer & is feeling I’ll from treatment & will not be around tomorrow to accept deliveriesSMH so annoyed!

I wish I would have read the reviews before I placed an order online for Mother's Day. I placed the order the morning of Friday, May 6th. I wanted the flowers and the fruit delivered on Saturday to avoid the Mother's Day rush. They did not deliver my order and then refunded my money without even speaking to me first. This is my first and last time using this location. Terrible experience. I used another location in the past without issue. I ordered my mother something else which she will receive soon. Do yourself a favor. Avoid these people at all costs. I wish I had.

Said out for delivery 2pm delivered 6pm not stored in a freezer chocolate was melting. If you can’t deliver cut up fruit in 2 hours use a freezer or don’t send it bacteria grows rapidly at temperatures between 40 °F and 140 °F; fruit salad should be discarded if left out for more than 2 hours at room temperature.I

This location is the worst I’ve been to by far. They treat their customers as if we are serving them. Iv been outside while knocking on the door and an employee sitting less then 3feet away from the door. I had to knock repeatedly to get her attention. She then said I’m on the phone I told her that is not how you treat your customers. She told me if I didn’t order online that’s their policy to not open the door . She needs to be retrained in customer service. I will be back tomorrow to speak to a manager and if I feel like I’m not being help I will call BBB
