Do not use this company!!!; they do illegal billing! Billing customers extra after they have your merchandise. The customer service people are rude, condescending and unprofessional especial Detail. This is not surprising because the supervisor Dappel Minott ignore customers and have his workers bill customers for additional monies after your items have shipped. He then authorizes them to hold your merchandize at the destination for additional payments after you have a signed contract of the cost. But not to worry I will see them in court and will file with the better Business Bureau . I should have stop using them after they stole half the content from my barrel two years ago and I had to threaten them with video footage to get my merchandise back. They are the worse!!!

They may be on the less expensive side BUT you get exactly what you pay for- shoddy service, misinformation, runarounds and cheeky staff once you're seeking clarification. I don't think Econocaribe quite understands that their duties extend beyond just shipping and also requires them to inform customers when there's uncertainty or enquiries; you are after all the service provider. Currently experiencing a total disservice but I'm so determined to exhaust all their channels to get them to do their jobs, which we've paid them to do. Absolutely crazy! This is a first and a last for my family.P.S. Your agent Alvoro (sp.) was very argumentative- hasty to speak, slow to listen. Hence, he was most unhelpful and was unable to defuse the situation and was terribly unprofessional in the process. Conversely and to end on a positive note, Lea was most efficient in handling the initial transaction and inspired confidence in the process. It's a shame that this didn't carry through for the entire transaction.

Actually it's no stars for me,we shipped our container out October 2021 from this location with my father's possessions who was a returning national to Barbados.When the container was opened a brand new television was missing.I worked hard for my $ to purchase that TV set.I reached out to them and it took several weeks for someone to get back to after so many run arounds,then the lady in charge sent me a long form to fill complicated form to fill out after she claimed to have taken a look around the facility weeks later.I believe either someone stole it or the mistakenly shipped it with someone else's stuff.The thing is that I have shipped with them for some time without incident many times but this really made my blood boil.I have since them found other shipper who is more organized and don't keep customer's property jumbled up in the yard making it look chaotic.
