The woman taking the order was laughing at a Korean customer. and that's why she didn't take my order well and when I told her, the only thing she did was get upset. I think that if you work in an international airport, the least you should be is patient and polite with people who don't speak your language well.

Terrible experience with the black older lady at the cashier. She treated me really bad and gave me the wrong change, arguing that I gave her 1 dollar less, which I don't care, but the way she treated me I really care.Don't go here she will prob spit in your coffee.

LoRay and the whole team was amazing!! Had so many orders but handled it really well even when people didn’t come get their drinks. They’re workin hard here and we all appreciated it!

There was plenty of staff and a very long COVID line to order. That said, every staff member had an assigned station and never left to help out in other areas. even with an incredibly long line of customers waiting, 2 of the 6 staff left the location with a cash drawer to go somewhere else......sort of a 'i could care' attitude. Welcome to America

Terrible service and policies: Flying out of JFK I found the Dunkin' Donuts at Terminal 4. My kids were hungry and thirsty so I decided to buy something there for the convenience and safety of my children. They stayed seated where I could see them at the terminal from the Dunkin' Donuts line. I ordered food and asked the cashier to fill my daughter's water bottle but she looked baffled and told me I had to purchase a water bottle if I wanted water. I asked her again to fill the water bottle I have because I couldn't walk all the way over to the water bottle filling station without leaving my children unattended; not happening. She repeated that I needed to purchase water or at least pay for $1 water cup. So I was charged for a cup of tap water when I had a refillable water bottle in my hand. It didn't take much to just fill the bottle with water as they had filled the cup. Its crazy to me that water for a child at an international airport was so hard to get. Dunkin' Donuts should know better.

Functional, quick and tasty. Not sure what it is about DD that I enjoy so much, but it really gets the job done. No complaints.

i work at terminal 4 ..i buy lots of time vanilla chai this store but they dont full fill my cup always foaming milk this is not good business deal ..when i buy outside they give me good vanilla chai..even here the guy attitude not good ,always rude ..iam not satisfied
