The space is too compact , it feels like you're suffocating trying to shop. They need a bigger shop space and they need to organize the store , so that customers can have a better shopping experience!! Please size the clothing. Especially the dresses and coats, it feels like we're shopping out of a flea market that's in a dumpster!!!! According to someone, the owner is "cheap " and will never get a bigger space or try to utilize the space they already have. PLEASE RE-ORGANIZE YOUR STORE TO MAKE IT MORE SHOP-ABLE FOR YOUR CURRENT & NEW CUSTOMERS!!!!

I choose to give zero stars. The staff is rude and doesn’t know how to respect themselves and customers. When buying clothes here, be careful that they do not return or exchange them.

There is two stores in Jamaica Queens NYC they dont do returns or exchanges. The one on Merrick is a very messy store. It has rude employees that don't help you and change the price once you get to checked out. There second location is9212 150th Street. The owner is MW who is usually there at 150th Street. He is a old bitter man. He treats his employees harshly. He is very rude and disrespectful to his costumers. If you are short a dollar he wont let you buy the item. If you are a person with a dark complexion you are being watched. He should go back to temple and learn some manners and respect. If you want old inventory or damaged clothes, rude employees and nasty boss, no return or exchanges then come to this place. For me I'm sticking with Burlington and Marshall or other stores on Jamaica where I don't have to deal with this.

First time I left without a single item. The racks are so tightly packed and close to each other its impossible to get around and in between around. The clothes are jammed packed on the racks it's hard to get to them. Otherwise I love this store and the prices.

It was requested by an employee that I gave him the extra bag I had with me - he gave me a ticket . After shopping my bag was returned - however upon my return home my new charger was missing . I called the store but the person who answered said no one steals at their store and misplaced the charger . She hang up .

Dress for Less is a treasure hunters dream. You never know what you are going to find. I was amazed to find a blush pink Michael Kors vest with a hood. This item was priced at $45.00. The manufacturer retail price was upwards of $89.00. Many of their products are samples from major houses in the industry. You have to alot at least one to two hours if you want to find bargains. I always have a good time shopping here. The isles are small and the racks are too packed, but it's okay if you find a treasure!

Although prices for some clothing were reasonable, staff is very disrespectful, unprofessional and the store is too congested. Some clothing has tears and such on them- not sure how one was to deal with that if they plan to buy it (meaning discount/etc. since I didn't try). Despite the behavior of staff being no nonsense kind of vibe for 'idlers as patrons', you don't evoke rudeass customer service- that's not how you run a business. Especially for the times when a customer is not the one in the wrong. And the other location near 153rd street has better customer service for the most part but lack quality clothing severely and looks more of a closing store.

As much as this is a bargain store. Those people are so rude that works there. I don’t understand how they are still working there when ever customers are in the store shopping , that skinny woman and the Spanish man keeps yelling at people that section is close, we need to go home we have a house this was 4pm and store closes at 6pm. If you don’t wants to be working get another job and let some one else get a job with better attitude! I wish I can choose zero star
