I use to come to this place when I was in high school to get all my piercings and I have a lot of piercings I am a returned customer I went yesterday to get three piercings from here two of them were the wrong way and not in the right place… the lady didn’t even pay attention to what I wanted and even after seeing the reference picture I showed her and gave her the name of the piercing multiple times. she took pictures in the end she wasn’t a professional I also had two other ppl with me I wasn’t even sure if she changed her gloves. I also went back the next day to speak to the manager and he was so unprofessional, disrespectful, and disgusting he wasn’t even listening to what I had to say all he told me was “ I don’t know you and i don’t know who u are you have to speak to the girl that did the piercing” and he refused to help in any shape way or form as a manager/ boss he should have called his employees and deal with the problem. The store had a camera he could have see the tape and seen that I was there the day before. It was a very unprofessional place never coming here again also it was very dirty. Do not step foot in this absolutely vile establishment. Bathroom was so vile I was so stunned the bathroom didn’t have a lock on it and it was so disgusting I refuse to use it even tho I was bursting. The streets looked more appealing and there was no soap in the bathroom and how are the employees washing there hands between customers this place is so disgusting. Neverrrrrr come here never ever. One star too many

The artists are great, the owner (Asian guy) is rude and I overheard him talking negatively about “the Black guys” (other tattoo shops in the area).

I had a tongue piercing 5 minutes ago and it's the best place right now for me it didn't hurt at all and the staff was very friendly I really love this place

I went to get my nipples & belly pierced today and it was just a great experience I felt a little hot and overwhelmed after so my piercer sat me down gave me water and a cold compress he was truly so amazing thank you so much

They are very friendly and she did a cover up for me added a crown and Psalm 23-4 it was great work will be coming back for another tattoo I would recommend these people ! Thank you dragonfly

Went there to possibly get some holes reopened and get new jewelry. My experience was great, he listened to the best of his ability. However, I am soooooo upset because I begged for my septum ring ball to be extraaaaa tightened on a Monday and it is now Tuesday and of course it has fallen out TWICE and of course they are closed on Tuesday and OF COURSE THEY ARE CLOSED ON WEDNESDAY AND OF COURSE THEY DONT OPEN UNTIL AFTER 11am THURSDAY WHEN I AM ALREADY ON MY FLIGHT. And of course there’s no one to answer a phone to hear my concerns and to promise or reassure me that they will help me if I do come back. So of course after OVERSPENDING+TIPPING I now have to go somewhere else and OVER SPEND+TIP in order to fix my issue. So just keep in mind that Mondays are a horrible day to go in just in case any thing happens for the next 2 days. Other wise everything else was ok for the area we’re in. Only went there out of last minute needs and location convenience. Don’t be like me. Otherwise it was a good experience I swear, however, this has me infuriated after fighting and crying to put the ball back in by myself on the wake up, just to have it fall out again before it’s even bed time, and not have the shop open to help me. The only thing I could come do is leave a 1 star google review to ~try~ not to feel stupid about going to the ave for anything.update:it is now Wednesday and another one has fallen out. And you guessed it, cant put it back in . Tragus. I think it should’ve had a screw back but this one has spiral tip like a nose ring and is hard to get back in. I didn’t realize this was what was given to me. So I would avoid this type of jewelry for this piercing if I were you.
