Was there on May 29th at 8:40pm. As soon I walked thru the aisles the cashier began to announce to the customers that the store is now closed and we should make our way to check out.
He then began to urge the guard in a very compulsive way. " u lock the door and tell these people to hurry up and get out of here"
As I was hurrying, I then heard he him saying "he aint playing, he lost his weed today and he needs to get out of here"
U guys need to do something about the attitude of your employees.
That was a very hostile situation

The store is out of order you can't find nothing it took me at least 20 minutes to find two items

Guyanese old lady at the register gave me an attitude because I refused to pay for an item. Said it was too much work for her to return the item to the aisle.

Security harassed me and said I can't come back because he claims that I don't buy anything despite the fact the store is mostly empty more than half the time so there's nothing in the store.
On top of that, he wasn't at his post but in his car blasting music. I will speak to someone about this.

very disappointing, the manager was very rude,he cashed my items over $100 worth of items an never said to me when u have ur own bags you have to pack it urself,he left the items there along with things I did not pay for,he proudly said he's the manager,so dissatisfied with what happened, I'm a senior an cannot stand for long

You can find a little bit of everything in this store. From soup to nuts, employees are friendly. Could be more tidy.-Update: It looks like Dollar Tree is trying to step up, this visit It looks like they have tidied up and reorganized the isles. Kudos to the team at S. Jamaica/Sutphin location!

This Store is now one of the best dollar tree I’ve been into. Fully stocked, very clean, good customer service. Kudos to the new Store Manager. Highly recommend you pay a visit. You will not be disappointed.
