Terrible service!!!! People seeing that there is a long line and only one open register and you ask them something and they ignore you (the manager) and the place is super hot today, Friday, July 12, 4:42 pm inside it is more than 90 degrees, it is horrible

The messiest & dirtiest store I have ever visited. You cannot even tell what aisle has what because there's merchandise everywhere, piled on top of each other, sometimes spilling out onto all the floors. You can never find any staff members either, aside from the one cashier in the front who has a line going down the back of the store.

This store needs a deep cleaning. Every time I go in there, it’s infested with roaches, floor dirty and sticky, long lines with one cashier meanwhile, you have staff blasting music and talking in the back. Merchandise is always mis-priced. Inprofessional management and staff. Headquarters need to be informed ASAP.

while in jamaica queens i stopped for a bit at dollar general and a bite was more like 30 minutes and 99 dollars less in my wallet as well. a new spacious dg with well stocked organized shelves with aisle that have plenty of room to navigate a shopping cart. typical a. to z of dollar general products like food and beverage items, cleaning supplies , personal items, dog and cat food , homegoods, beauty supplies and non scrip goods , etc. was not planning to get anything but at dollar general you will always find useful goods and paper towels , tissue paper, liquid soap, liquid detergent, cascade , clorox. mouthwash, disposable razors, shaving cream, batteries, garbage bags, dog food, shampoo, cereal, water , all became useful goods for me , dont forget to download app as the discounts on sale items will knock off 15 or more bucks from the total. try to bring your own bags as the paper bags they supply for 5 cents each are not that strong or durable. as i stated before , visiting any dollar general is worth the trip .4 stars on my yelp meter.

The company is good, it has good brands and discounts. the app works fine. What makes all the good things bad are the ATMs and the staff. especially the one in the Jamaica center area. I have years with the same treatment. Only men contact me as ATMs and they get annoyed by any query, so it's better to keep quiet and not ask something before they get upset. there is no supervisor who controls them. I paid more because there were overlapping labels that no longer know which offer or price was the correct one. and a little disorganized. years with bad treatment by the cashiers who are scared to ask anything. I hope someone from the company can do something. I beg you.

First of all i went here the other day and the line was mad huge and there was three checkouts and only 1 was being used and the guy checking he was just talking to other employees which made me mad because that's not his job. This place it trash and the prices are always misplaced and their are shelf's that everything is just sticking out this happens a lot that one time i had to go to the hospital because some gum balls were on the floor i almost broke my neck and the hospital bill was 600 dollars

Great dollar store in the neighborhood ,this store is very spacious,with a variety of house hold supplies, foods snacks, a frozen section as well. And the staff is very courteous and cool,especially the guys that stack the shelves .The manager lady is nice as well,iam a regular at this spot since my 2 yr old son has a certain kind snack they carry . It makes it easy for me as a dad to go in a close by spot like this and get my little buddy what he likes. My only gripe with them is that they only have one cashier. But I under stand the business. Don't for get this dollar store is connected to planet fitness, and is also up the street from bellite bikes. This is definitely a cool spot on the jamaica queens side of town.

Don't like this place the guy with the locks was rude and bias. He stared right at me and then as I was leaving, intentionally almost backed right into me and his boot almost got right on my white reeboks - he's lucky I didn't tell him to go mop the floor with his locks. I'm a customer not here for your amusement.

This place is terrible. A bad experience. First of all, I got treated bad when needed help. Second of all, when I was leaving the store, I was near a bag of candy that was open that I had not open. One of the employees later was like "hey hey," yelling at me to come back. I looked back and I saw the employee take the bag of candies, dropping some on the floor, and grabbed my hand tightly, opened my hand, and later put the bag of candy in my hands. And he was like, "You are going to pay for this and never come back, you understand?" I was like, "But I did not open this!" He was such an ignorant and repeated the same thing again. He made me get in line and went to tell the cashier woman. I waited on a long line dor a bag of candies that I did not open and was not full by the way because the man had thrown some on the floor. That was not fair. Later when I was at the cashier this lady was so disrespectful. When I handed her the bag of candies, she immediately snatched it from me, and after cheching it she threw it back to me and well as my change again dropping some of the candies. Very rude! >:(
