This place does not deserve 1 star!! Horrible customer service!! I had a negative experience here years ago and never went back!!! My cousins made the mistake of coming here recently and they were treated like trash!!! How do they get away with this!!! How are they still in business!!! If every customer reported the abuse they experience to the police, they would never be in business!! Then to respond to every review with lies and expect people to believe it!! Every review here speaks the truth!!! This business needs to be shut down ASAP!!! Shame on you for making your customers cry!!! Shame on you for treating people so inhumane!!!!

Absolutely terrible! I came into the store with my younger sister and tried JUST 2 DRESSES. And a skinny dark skin woman had the audacity to tell my sister that we are wasting her time and we did not have money to spend. As an adult and a sister, no one should have the right to tell you that. My little sister was so sad by the remark and I can not let that slide. Worst experience buying a dress for her prom. After consulting two other associates about the incident, they were arguing and agreeing with that woman. HOW CAN YOU AGREE TO TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS? We are not dogs or fools to stand easily by this. I don’t think they would like if someone treated there own daughters like that. They act like the store is some vip center for celebrities, have no patience even though it’s a retail business open for everyone. It should be their jobs to help people even if it means trying on as many dresses as they can. Very ignorant people and are uneducated on how the retail business works. SIMPLY DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE OR YOUR MONEY!
Respond to Owner: Upon entering the store we were told that by the skinny dark skinned woman. Play the video tape. Who even is responding to these comments. So unintelligent, to me it sounds like someone who can’t own up to their mistakes.

Can I give 0 stars? Because this place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Listen to the reviews below—this place has had terrible customer service since my sister and I went 10 years ago, and it’s still awful today. Do not give them your money; they don’t deserve it. The staff here are nasty and inconsiderate.
My cousins went this week to purchase a prom dress. After losing their mother recently, this was already a heartbreaking experience for them. She was told she couldn't try on the dresses. Seriously? Stores like Kleinfeld and RK Bridal allow unlimited try-ons, but your store does not? Then, they were told they needed an adult with them. My cousin was with her older sister, who is an adult.
The workers ganged up on them, belittling, berating, and being all-around grade-A jerks. My younger cousin, who needed the dress, ended up crying, and they left the store. They even overheard another customer being told she was too fat to try on a dress. How can you justify this behavior?
How is this store still in business with such appalling treatment of customers? If you don’t want a sale, fine—customers can take their business elsewhere. But how dare you think you can speak and treat people this way? Shame on you, and shame on the owner for allowing this to continue for years. If you're reading this, stay away for your own mental health and go somewhere that truly appreciates your business. This place is not it.
Edit: Responding to the owners message below. How dare you spread lies. His sister called him over him over to look at the dress, you disgusting piece of human trash to even post something like that. But I guess you have nothing else to say, so you have to make up something. And me having to be there to know what happened? I don't, because I've already experienced shopping at your store. I know the level of customer service that happens there. I don't need to be there to know them, and every single one of these negative reviews below is true.

The absolute worst experience ever. I would never recommend shopping at this place. My friend and I went to look for a dress for her birthday and the owner and other employees were very rude. They would not allow her to try dresses on. When I asked them why the owner stated “she can’t afford them”. My friend said she wanted to spend around 200 dollars but never said she wouldn’t spend more. They continue to refuse to bring the dresses down for her to try on. The owner is such a nasty person and does not deserve anyone’s business. I went through some of the other reviews and saw how she responded on some of the comments. SHE IS A DISGRACE.

i went to da zone on liberty ave yesterday and the lady that was helping me was so rude . i wanted to go upstairs to check out some dresses for my self and the lady said i could not because they would not have my size it would be to big . i mean people could have a bigger than what people think . 1 star just because of the lady . do not come here the people are so rude and disgusting people . everybody started staring at me when i walked in like i was an alien .
