I am deeply dissatisfied with the behavior of Steven, the shift supervisor, whose conduct was both unacceptable and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive the assistance I came in for. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and it has left me disappointed with the service provided. I strongly urge the company to address this issue promptly and ensure that all employees understand the importance of delivering high-quality customer service that upholds the company’s standards and values.

Worst pharmacy stuff ever. Entitled, doesn't have any moral and ethical standards as a healthcare professional. They close at 6:01 pm. Even DMV takes care of people if customers are present or a second late.
Do they know they are in the healthcare professional, not retail store employee?
They had made some commitment and likely oath. Requesting HQ HR SVP to take action and send them to training.
I asked them to request a refill from the doctor. They dont want to send that one click. Looks like pushing a button hurts their ego. They keep saying you as the doctor to send.
Then I said can you send the refill request? Then with sad face, the stuff said go to the consulting line. I said I requested that last night to send a refill request to doctor. No answer.

Not sure if it's new management but this store has taken a dramatical change for the worse! This CVS has been my go to pharmacy for over 10 years so you can imagine the shock and embarrement I endured from the staff. My first instinct was to leave and complain to the store manager. The first call was answered by Steven who presented himself as a manager. I explained to him I prefer to speak with the store manager. 20 minutes later I was still on hold. I proceed to call back 40 minutes after speaking to Steven I finally contacted the store manager Quiche ( I'm pretty sure I'm incorrect, my apologies) who did apologize but kept making excuses for the way security handled me. Stating he security and customer service??? Again this has been my CVS over 10 years and I have never experienced security following me around or demonstrating customer service. Hell it takes 16 minutes to get someone to open the shampoo shelf! I really hope CVS corrects this issue as I explained to the store manager if you're skeptical about the people then he needs to change locations. No one should feel like a criminal picking up needed medication.

Takes a while to get your online pick up for photos. The guy behind register has poor customer service talking about I walked in miserable.. howw when he seen me in a rush. If it was going to take more then 10 minutes say that, I don’t work with you.

When trying to make contact with someone the phone system is terrible. I can’t get my medication for over 5 days now. Your phone system is terrible. It should be accessible to everyone who needs their assistance in obtaining the medication

If I could give one star I definitely would! This pharmacy is simply the WORST! My cousin had surgery and she went to get her meds the day before her surgery and they said it wasn’t there. I went back the day of surgery and I received only one of the item when it should’ve been 3 but I wasn’t aware until I got home. I went back to the pharmacy and the pharmacist was so rude and shut the blinds or whatever you call that thing saying they going on lunch and people should come back in an hour! Thats ridiculous. People have complications daily and have various illnesses that results in pain and need their meds and that’s how you gonna treat customers! Very distasteful and unprofessional and they have no respect which makes matters worst!
Management need to have rotation for lunch breaks because this is ridiculous. After the reopened I had to wait another 30 minutes to get my stuff!!!!!

I have never been to a CVS in such disaster. Shelves empty, good all over the store waiting to be put up on shelves. Plain and simple, the store looks dirty.

This store has been there many years in the community and it is patronize daily. Unfortunately the store is completely unorganized, messy and the shekves are empty. This will make a customer believe they are about to close their doors. This is completely unacceptable..

The employees have a great attitude all smiling and happy . It was a little busy in the evening and was one cashier at that time. Later I saw another cashier start taking the line .

I have had a lot of great experiences in cvs but when it comes to the managers the managers that the use to have there was better then the new manager that they currently have there. first off I was in cvs one day and witnessed him telling a customer that his money was fake and then when it escalated he says that the money was real.Then when I was in cvs I paid for two candles at the pharmacy and the new worker told him that I did not pay for it which I did and had to pay for it again up front then everytime I come in he was checking my bag and again accused me of trying to steal something from the store but I get my medications from there and he tried to ban me from the store but that's not happening
