This store has been there many years in the community and it is patronize daily. Unfortunately the store is completely unorganized, messy and the shekves are empty. This will make a customer believe they are about to close their doors. This is completely unacceptable..

The employees have a great attitude all smiling and happy . It was a little busy in the evening and was one cashier at that time. Later I saw another cashier start taking the line .

I have had a lot of great experiences in cvs but when it comes to the managers the managers that the use to have there was better then the new manager that they currently have there. first off I was in cvs one day and witnessed him telling a customer that his money was fake and then when it escalated he says that the money was real.Then when I was in cvs I paid for two candles at the pharmacy and the new worker told him that I did not pay for it which I did and had to pay for it again up front then everytime I come in he was checking my bag and again accused me of trying to steal something from the store but I get my medications from there and he tried to ban me from the store but that's not happening

This is by far the worst pharmacy in the area, everyone has attitude your prescription never ready. Tell you wait 5-10 minutes next thing you know 30minutes passed. Just horrible customer service.

I drove from Brooklyn to Queens to get to this location as this store is one of the few locations that carries the product I was looking for and was told by the manager at the door at 8:53 that the store is closed and been closed since 8:45pm though their Google closing time is still saying 9:00pm, he further elaborated to explain that the last person cashing out each day would in fact be 8:45pm.
Can you please adjust your time online to reflect that, so we don't have another idiot drive miles to show up at 8:46pm to be told they are unable to pay for their basket.

I haven't done a yelp review in years but seeing the one star that this store has, I can see they definitely do not care about what people think of them. I drove from Brooklyn to Queens to this location arrived at 8:53pm to be told on the outside that the store is closed and has been closed since 8:45 though online Sally's store closes at 9:00pm. Can you guys at this location adjust your closing hours online so we don't have other idiots drive so far to get there only to be told the same crap.

If you can help it don’t use this CVS by all means. Go somewhere else!!! Very ghetto and disgusting service. You will be on hold for a very long time before getting a rep. Close to 30mins. And when someone finally does answer the phone, they are extremely rude. They are very quick to hang up phones. Getting a pharmacy transfer is literally impossible!!!!! They claim they cant call the pharmacy you want to transfer your meds to. But when you get the pharmacy you want to start filling at to call them they hang up once you say the words transfer. Literally if you want your sanity and peace of mind, don’t go to CVS on merrick. They can’t hand the work load. They all suck here ??♀️??♀️
