They offer savings with the rewards card. It's also great that little items are kept in locked shelves as they tend to be tampered with.... seals broken, containers opened etc, in some stores where everything is open to immediate handling

On the 7th I made a purchase of a product that they charged me without insurance, it cost 19.70 with my debit card, the purchase was canceled because they gave it to me at another pharmacy with my insurance and until now I have not received a refund of the 19.70 they told me 3 7 days and until now I will not go to complain and in that pharmacy no one speaks Spanish and they are bad at serving, arrogant and everyone fights when you ask about something. I want a refund, I will go and file my complaint.

Terrible experience. Can’t stand going to this location they think everyone a theif. All I wanted is to return an item or to see if I can exchange for something else I was looking around to see if I needed something but I didn’t so I just returned the item they was watching me like I was gonna steal something why because I had a gym bag?! Disrespectful.

I've been here several times and have mixed yet exceptable experiences. But, just today I called to ask them if they offered a specific service (instead of walking the half mile there to find out) and they never answered the phone. What's the point of having your phone number on Google, but never answer it??
I'm pretty sure they do have some good employees, BUT management needs to step up their customer service quality. Maybe pay your employees more, to attract higher quality employees. Also, the security is more jumpy than in a bank! Relax a lil ! Not everyone is a thief.

I recently went to this store and was Treated poorly by a cashier .
I purchased a personal item and candy..
I went to the self check out.
Paid got a receipt .
I had a food bag when I entered the store...
I put the items I bought in that bag..
That cashier came over took my bag and rudely placed it on the unscanned side and said to me "scan you'd items before you place them in your bag".she was basically accusing me of stealing..
Needless to say I was appalled.
I put the complete story on Facebook.
I however will never buy anything from there again.
The manager said he would deal with her,but seriously doubt it!

I went in this location cvs 179th hillside to get my medication and the employee on her phone not responding to me I’ve been running for my medication since yesterday which is very important for me and again am here and this woman on her phone doesn’t want to help me when I was going to call my doctor then she get up and started looking for my medication this is not right people needs their medication
