My Name is E. Elmore, I went to a Citi in Washington D.C. they didn’t really give me the service I needed. But this location Citi Bank 16921 137th ave Jamaica NY 11434 I highly recommend. Ms. Teresa Hollingsworth was so professional from the door. Explained everything step by step. Sincere and very punctual on what my process was. Thank you ?? so much. Now this is what Banks today needs good customer service.

Worst experience they don’t know how toTalk with their customers. Just one counter is open and the line is too big and waiting tym too long. Even they don’t have restrooms for their customers. I would never go to this branch of Citi bank ever and suggest everyone not to visit their Citi bank in rochdale village ever.

Bank was well spaced out, clean and I didn't even wait a second before I was attended to, by the nicest and most helpful staff. My needs were met in a breeze. I can't remember the last time I went into a bank to get stuff done, but it was definitely a great experience.

I am throughly disappointed at the Rochdale branch operating system and the number of employees available to the ratio of customers. My time is vauluble to me and I felt neglected; however the employees were very efficient and they need help.

Extremely unprofessional. I’ve been a customer for decades and after my recent transaction I received a survey. I answered honestly and then received calls from the manager asking why I gave them the rating I did. First of all, READ THE RESPONSE. Second, don’t Harass me for answering honestly. Work place always gives you feedback on how you can improve or thing you’re lacking. Then the manager proceeded to tell me that I shouldn’t tell her how to do her job and to not come to the branch. Why? Because I honestly told them that it’s a busy location and should consider getting more people???

First come, first serve fair service by default. However, the branch should add at least one additional teller during "rush hours." If you want to open up an account quickly, it is better to do it online. as long as your have all your basic personal information.

Saturday morning, Walk-in to see someone about investment information. I sign in because no one is at the desk but also only 1 customer at the window. But the 2nd banker is sitting at his desk reading on his cellphone an probably playing solitaire on his computer as I wait for some customer service. I don't know that I can let this go I might have to make a formal complaint
