Ei arrived after the branch had closed due to extreme traffic but the manager was extremely helpful, and understanding of my situation and allowed me to enter the branch for my cash advance. Great customer service

I've been waiting 3 hours to open a checking account. 3 hours! Time is money, so don't expect much from a bank that wastes your time. You can open a Capital One checking account online.

Danielle Porter who is the "head teller" is a typical African American woman with a STANK attitude. Misery loves company and she's just an angry black woman.

This is one of the best CitiBank branch in Queens, No headache of parking and above all staff here make you feel welcome :) When I am here, I love how they have a seperate line for citibusiness and staff are amazing. Definitely look out for Danielle Porter, she is amazing ... Sharon Dexter is the person to go to when opening your bank account, she is very professional and also I have to give a shout out to lady who wears Hijab/Scarf ( Quamrun Naher ) she truly went above and beyond to get my $2 Bills. It's people like her that makes me stay loyal to CitiBank and keeping my CitiGold and Citibusiness accounts within citi !!!

This Citibank is a full service consumer bank, unlike its baby sister location nearby at 168-48 Hillside Avenue Jamaica, NY, this contain eight full service ATM machines and two cash and deposit only ATM machines. The air is cooler for one to seek bail from summer's oppresive heat. There is a security guard and a platform Citibank associate to observe traffic in the ATM foyer area. This Citibank sits on Jamaica Avenue in Queens where shopping is known--not eating.
