They had all the strollers to check out. Allie was very helpful and their price was the best. They offered 15% off retail price and 15% off theAccessories to the stroller. Very pleased. “I was so surprised on the cleanliness of this Old Navy. Also the staff is amazingly helpful and kind. They always have a smile on their face. Another great plus is that everything is perfectly organized (no looking for your size for hours in the shelves and hooks) definitely coming back !”

“I had one of the most memorable customer service experiences this past Sunday while shopping at your store on White Plains. I was unable to locate my coupon in my bag upon reaching the cashier, I could not locate the coupon in my email. Frustrated, I left the items and decided to leave the store and perhaps return another time. As I was at the door making one last check in my email, another cashier, whose name I learnt to be Mia, with the brightest smile, beckoned to me and said she would honour my purchase with a coupon. She was genuinely pleasant right through the check-out experience. I will return to that store just because of her. Old Navy you have a gem in this employee. Bottom line is that mia didn’t have to. I was three steps away from the door, but she ensured that I left the store happy and satisfied. I am indeed grateful and please let her know she is valued.”

“Check your receipt before you leave and make sure you got everything in your BAG YOU BROUGHT TO THE COUNTER. The manager checked the cameras when I came back 2days later with my receipt with double charges and he took care of everything. But the cashier made 2 major mistakes and it wasn't even busy, no one was even behind me. I bought $300 worth of clothes and I don't think it was a honest mistake but that's my opinion after 15 years of cashier retail experience.”
“Hi , I went there for return because they sent me wrong merchandise and There staff is very nice and helpful and Sheldon helped me out very patiently and he understood it's not my fault and I called customer service they were not helping me .So sheldon listened all the situation and refunded me all my money .Thank you so much for your help.Sheldon.”

“This jcpenney store is big. It has a large housewear and bedding area. Which have good quality thread count sheets and towels at good prices. You can find some of these items marked down in the Clarence section in the back of the store. The jewelry section isn't my liking. They need better jewelry selections and quality. The junior/ ladie's clothing was outdated, except for the sporty section. There, you can find brands like Puma, Addidas, Nike, and Reebok. But not the latest and newest pieces.
I would recommend if you're looking for housewear and bedding items. But definitely not for fashionable clothing.”
