This bank is confusing. If you search for the ATM's on Google maps, the ATM machines are not shown. But the bank does have 3 ATM's, in the lobby. Are they 24 hour machines? I forgot to look.

Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I would goto another branch for help in your banking needs. Be careful of the fat russian lady. She acts like she owns Chase and speaks very rudely with you.

This bank might be a little prejudice. It's hard to tell because I wasted my time, and I was deny service to cash a check that belongs to them. I think they was trying to give me the runaround so I can create a account with them but that's not what I came there to do. I came to cash a workers check from a company that's been with them for 21+ more years it may no since why they couldn't just cash my check and send me along my way, but this place took too much time of my day to send me back out of this bank with a check they should've took I went to the next chase bank around the corner, they took care of me with no problems, no questions and got me in an out with no problem. I do not recommend anyone of color or anyone who don't not want their time wasted to come to this Bank

Most Chase ATM centers are closed from 10pm -7am..There is no more 24 hrs.in most Chase ATM Centers...As of June 15th 2022

I've been banking with Chase since 1988 (Chemical Bank back then) because of Direct Deposit. This is my go to branch before jumping on the LIRR at Kew Gardens Station. A bulk of my money is here. So much so I'm a Sapphire customer. Still waiting on my free safe deposit box though. They have three indoor ATM's.

Hands down the worst Chase branch I've ever walked into. I had the misfortune of speaking to some of the rudest people I've ever encountered in a business setting after merely coming in to get a few bank checks while living in the area. The staffs complete lack of customer service skills and knowledge for Chases policies and business practices is an overall disgrace and extremely poor representation of Chase as a brand.

Very rude people work in this chase branch I had a issue with a direct deposit going into my bank account from work all my coworkers got paid except me and I spoke to my boss he said it's a issue with my bank account and I should speak to chase when I went In there they refused to help me or even look at my account they insisted that it had nothing to do with them, then I went to a different chase branch and they looked at my account and saw there actually was a issue with my account and they fixed it and I got my money right away
