This branch has ATMs and in-house private banking. There are no teller booths, but some normal teller activities (banker check) are done on request. There are several other Chase branches nearby that offer full service, so it's not a major problem. The employee are friendly and helpful.

Nice staff! Needed a money order without being a member. The entire staff told me to go across the street to the post office for a $.99 cent money order! Amazing staff!

I do not understand why Chase build this branch.They are located like across the street from me but I have to drive to another Chase because you cannot find any employees accept security. I tried to schedule appointment for business account online but they have only three days available at this month 18,23,24 today is 10th. Extremely busy branch. Now IThank you Chase.

This is the WORSE CHASE branch. The only reason I go here is for Kevin because he’s an excellent banker and when he’s there things gets done quick and efficiently. I went there today to get a bank check from my business account and it took 25 minutes of me waiting. I had to ask Kevin what’s taking so long and when he went back there - bam! It was done. I was late to a very important appointment because their lack of urgency. I swear you would think they were cutting the tree down for the paper. I will never go back here again.

Most Chase ATM centers are closed from 10pm -7am..There is no more 24 hrs.in most Chase ATM Centers...As of June 15th 2022

Always problems with ATMThey may charge you twice and transactions are not pending they are gonna be posted and then you have to deal with ATM claim serviceWhile you do all this sh…. Your account would stay negative

I ask where the ATMs were as I never been to this branch before and didn’t see them. The man said to me there is no cash register here like did I ask for cash register? This is a bank common sense I’m asking for ATM.
