Teller lost or stole $3,000 and the issue wasn't resolved. Trust is important when dealing with banks. This location needs to change management. I'm a chase private client I do not recommend this location.

Luis Barros, customer service at the Bank at 184-01 Hillside Av, does not know customer respect, kindness or attention. He is conceited and arrogant. I have had a very bad impression of the bank with this man.

Teller messed up my checks from 2 tenants. One for $5700 and another check for $4800. Last 2 months I have been going there and calling chase bank to resolve that problem. I saw Luis 3 times, John and Zareif for that matter. Teller Emon messed up my checks and I am going through problems after problem. Luis is just a big talk could solve my problem, plus couple times he refused to even see me. John has less experience so he tried and keep referring to another experience teller. Chase took my money and refused to pay me back. It took almost 2 and half month to get my money posted to my account only because Zareif Razaque tried hard enough, not like Luis and Emon to hide the situation. After eating hours after hours at the Chase brunch and talking to worthless chase customer service and credit claim departments. What a horrible experience chase had me through. Head teller Luis and teller Emon shouldn’t be working on that brunch.

This bank is no help to the community that it is in. I need to get access to their camaras to see to who crashed my car. They did not want to help me at all. I just want to know who is responsible for the damage but they did not help me at all. It is not faire they are neighbors they are should help. However, they do relay on the neighborhood to get customers, money and resources to be open. Shame, shame on you. I am a client in this bank and I live in neighborhood. If you do not help the community you are in then you should look for another place to do your business. Don't you think

Bad experience I had today. Came to deposit my money after long drive but can't get in the bank BECAUSE the door are not opened. Door is locked and the door Machine are not working. I'm surprised the chase bank having those simple issued.

Another one of my favorite Chase banks. I would love to give them 5 stars if they had more staff available. I had to come twice to speak to someone for a pre-approved credit card. The place is clean and they even have a place to wash your hands. I'm especially grateful that they have a security guard posted at night so I can withdraw money from the ATM machines safely. I am grateful for the options that an employee by the name of Russel gave me on my pre approved credit card. He gave me options to choose the best credit card that will be better for me. The process took only 6 minutes.

Their costumer service was very bad, I went that branch to solve a personal problem they treated me in a very disrespectful way. All these years I’ve been with chase and never encountered this behavior

This branch doesn’t even deserve the 1 stars, if there was 0 stars I would gave that. There’s a branch Supervisor named Niraj klagri is very nasty and rude. One the worst chase bank that I dealt with. I would never come here again.

Was there for opening a bank account, the lady told me to sit down and wait 10/15 minutes then I'm going to help you out today. I said "ok". But instead of helping me she went to the teller section, she never looked at me. After that I was shouting for help cause its been over 30 minutes that I was just sit down and wait for help.Those people are just garbage of chase bank who doesn't even know how to treat people.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. The employee was rude and very unprofessional. I don’t even want to give 1 star. Definitely will not come to this brunch.On 6/4, I went to the bank to deposit and setup password for my debit card. The line was long and I waited for about 15 minutes. The teller did deposit and tried to help with the setup. He took out the key pad and was going to do it. A woman employee walked in with a few deposit slips in her hand. They were debating about the situation. The teller signaled I was waiting. Obviously she wanted to cut in. She tell me setup password can’t be done at the window. She was very rude and had no consideration at all. I felt being so mistreated and left with anger.Never ever come to this branch again!!!!!
