This Ceva Express is the worst courier company I have ever seen. It is completely acceptable for me to make an appointment for home delivery. However, the appointment phone number of this company cannot be reached. It is not easy for me to make an appointment through the online system of this courier company Time. The courier company has very high requirements for customers, and someone must accept the request. I have been waiting at home. This courier has been breaking appointments at the agreed time and has not delivered the goods at the scheduled time. Keep sending emails asking me to wait at home for them to deliver. This has happened many times. I won't be buying any bulky items on Amazon anymore. Poor delivery takes away the convenience of online shopping. It sucks.不要用,非常麻烦。

Ordered a grill from Costco. Delivery guys said they aren’t supposed to bring anything in the backyard for you, but they would if we gave them a little money for lunch. As disgraceful and it is unprofessional and rude!!!!

Delayed for 12 hours and they didn’t even check to see if my load is ready. Was given a different pickup time and told to be back. Worst place unless if you’re picking up an empty trailer

Horrible customer service. They lost my order 3 times and took almost 10 extra day to get my order. They will schedule delivery and not show. They also do not have the means to deliver big packages. They will make all this your problem. Avoid them if it can be helped.

WORST SHIPPING COMPANY!! DO NOT USE!! RECEIVED 1 OF 2 BOXES ON 10-19, SINCE THEN MYSELF AND THE VENDOR HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO REACH THEM, HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? A SHIPPING COMPANY THAT DOES NOT DELIVER AND DODGES PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS, NO IDEA HOW THEY ARE IN BUSINESS.

If your package is being delivered by them, you’re never getting it. I tried to order an item from Amazon I did months ago because I really wanted it. It went to ceva logistics as the carrier then, and I got a refund because it never came. Guess who still hasn’t gotten their package again? Me. How are they in business??

First time having my package handled by them. They lost my package. If I didn’t call, I wouldn’t have known, Amazon needs to stop using them as a third party courier.

I order a sofa set from overstock.com, cava should deliver it on today 9am to 2 pm, I wait until 2pm , it was still not arrived yet, called four times , the lady answered on the phone" no delivery today, it will be tomorrow. " I was waiting for 6 hours for nothing, I don't mind deliver later one or two day, they should let me know there is no delivery today by email or phone call, so I can go to work instead of waiting for nothing, track shipment still is 9am to 2pm on Tuesday, never changed.Terrible service.
