Not understanding New York City tax law and in addition to, I had issues with my W-2. Trying to get my tax return done in time for the tax deadline; I called pretty much every accountant in the area. They all quoted me the same price which was in my opinion over what the market was charging and were frankly rather impatient. I called Andrey at Liberty Tax who was courteous, kind and very honest with his prices. He was super quick to answer emails, I also loved his online portal which allowed for full transparency of the tax preparation forms and quick communication via the portal; as well as refund status. I will 100% be using his services going forward and will recommend them to anyone in the area who needs a reliable, honest accountant.”

For the past three years, I had always been paying penalties on my taxes, and no matter what I did, I could never resolve the issue myself. No matter how many times I communicated with the HR at my Office, the issue was never solved.
