D'vusha is the nicest, purest, most genuine human I have met in a LONG time. The world needs more of her. You are going to get pure bliss from her classes but also going to get someone who truly cares about each individual. You can feel the passion she carries and the positive mindset she has here. 10/10 recommend!!

Great place to do Yoga. My family notice that after my class I’m very happy and have a lot of energy. Master D’vusha always encourages me to do my best. I find doing my best there is easier to maintain my strength and my concentration during the day especially at work.

I started going more for my mental health and wellness. I had knee pains ama back pain. My mental health has gotten so much better. I feel better. My back feels good and relaxed. My knees have made a complete 180 change. I feel mentally and physically better overall. I enjoy going to class because I feel great afterwards.

I've been attending in person classes and they've been wonderful! Master D'vusha is very welcoming and patience! The environment is great and everyone is always friendly. Highly recommend!

I like class and my my teacher is lovely. She is so friendly I am enjoying my class. I am sitting on floor now without support and after 3 weeks I am also sitting on the floor with my back straight. Thank God .

Kew Gardens Hills Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi is a great center to build your mental and physical strength. D'vusha is an excellent healer - knowledgeable, warm, and always has her clients top of mind. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a welcoming, non-intimidating place that will meet you where you are to become a healthier you!

I have been going to this center for over four plus years, and have had excellent results every time period. The Master is very caring and keeps everyone engaged to ensure that you focus on your body's healing process. Plus, the cost is very reasonable compared to other centers in the area.

I was looking for a healing approach that could tackle the multiple symptoms I found myself dealing with. My body was riddled with tension, my breathing was shallow, my energy was dwindling, and my joy, well my joy was...gone. I was so desperate as I googled holistic healing and other search terms. I had tried other approaches and found everything else to be too narrow in focus. There was something deeper going on and it felt like a deep and existential crisis. Although I had all my "ducks in a row'" on paper": being married, with a great career, I felt empty and disconnected from hope and a future vision.D'vusha is deeply compassionate and is a wise teacher and mentor. Initially, it was difficulty for me to come to terms with and witness where I was physically, spiritually and energetically but her compassionate, empathetic, patient and honest mentorship helped me hold space and unconditional love for myself. As I explored my pain and limitations, with compassion, I began to explore new flexibility and strength that I never thought I would be capable of. The physical benefits alone added to the quality of my life exponentially. With time and consistent practice, I was amazed at the way my body was feeling and the things I could do. I was falling in love with my body all over again. What further inspired my practice was learning how body tension correlates with energy blockage. I could feel the compassion of my heart grow as my chest continued to expand with the exercises and stretches. I could feel worry release and my digestion improve as my lower back and intestines loosened. Everything we were doing was so much more than physical. It was spiritual and energetic and my life began to change. The more I put in to the program, the more I got out of it and I began to attend 3-4 times a week. Rather than spending 2-3 hours in front of the TV or scrolling through social media, I devoted that time to my wellbeing. Eventually, my husband began to participate in the program which was a such a surprising and amazing gift.When Covid came about Dvusha and the entire Body and Brain organization made their classes accessible on zoom and I continued right where I left off in the comfort of my own home. I was out of work, and this became the perfect way to continue working on my health and wellbeing without the barrier of a 40-55 hour work week. I indulged in multiple work shops to help with breathing and to help with living in the presentAs I continue with this program, I feel more expansive. I feel more free. I feel I have more options in life and my vision is slowly forming. I have suddenly become more resourceful and my relationships with my husband, family, friends and co-workers are improving. But most importantly, I have learned to understand and love myself. I don't think I'll ever let this program go. It has become an integral part of my self care program.During this program, I became pregnant, naturally, after trying for four years. I feel Dvusha and her program were an integral part of that success.Dvusha is there with you, every step of the way. What I put in, is what I get out. I feel so blessed to have Dvusha and Body and Brain Yoga in my life.

I'm glad that I have found D'vusha. I love her yoga and Tai-Chi classes. During COVID-19 pandemic, I have started attending her online classes almost every single days. The classes are as good as the ones at her center. Practicing yoga daily has become part of my daily life. I am always happy, and full of energy. Instead of gaining weight during COVID, I have actually lost weight (intentionally), and was able to gain some muscles (yay!!!). I feel strong and confident. I highly recommend attending classes with her.

The on line classes of Master D'vusha at BodynBrainKewGardenHills has definitely become part of my daily routine during COVID-19. I am so glad to have known her and the Center before COVID. Before joining, I have practiced Vinyasa yoga for many years, and then through her classes, I felt I have opened and escalated my body to a new energy and mind level.There is usually 10 minutes warm-up before the classes start for which I always enjoy so much. Then a whole hour session, followed by a few more minutes of mind sharing among peers. It's always a very solid class that I enjoy during the classes and feel very happy afterwards!

Master D'vusha knows very well how to motivate and engages students to pull up their strenghts through yoga. She teaches clearly by demonstrating each step. Her love and passion is the fundamental of her practice and she transmite it during the class. Always punctual and attentive. Is a pleasure to work out mindfully with her.

I went through 2 pregnancies while practicing yoga with Dvusha. I found that I have increased energy and I always leave happy after a class. After a long day of work, going to class makes me relaxed and temporarily forget what I have in my busy mind. She’s the best yoga teacher that you can find, is very kind and knowledgeable in many different ways. She personalizes the class, so no two classes are identical. I highly recommend attending classes with her.
