In all actuality this store deserves less than zero stars. This store is run by bigoted individuals who are are void of tack. The staff acted in a disgusting and bovine matter. As my friend and I were shopping the employee kept following us and was up on our backs the entire time. The store management did nothing to resolve the issue, instead they tried to push us to make a purchase which we refused to do. One employee patted me on the arm and said not to worry about it. Don’t get it twisted sweetheart, your products are not great. I would advise any sane person not to shop at this store. If you like to be regarded as less than and be treated with racist encounters, then you can shop here. Otherwise, save your money. I’ve seen better products on Amazon. These women are better off working at a grave site. Maybe that will teach them how to engage with actual human beings.
Furthermore the response to my review is horrible. Neither you or any of your employees stepped in to provided proper customer service. PLEASE DON'T REFER TO THIS AS A MISUNDERSTANDING. Address this for what it actually is a RACIST AND ASININE ENCOUNTER. Trust and believe there won't be a next time.

I wish i could give zero stars to this stupid place. I bought a bride dress and my mothers dress for my wedding from this place. It didn't fit my mother so i came back and told him to exchange it. The guy was so rude and inconsiderate he didn't even change the size he was so rude and such a bad person. We spoke to other people outside and he did the same thing to them as well. The guy on the counter should know how to speak to customers. Garbage place and garbage person on the counter, never ever going back. Customer service sucksss.

This store offers many different types of dresses for big events like a sweet 16 or a bridal shower. A couple weeks ago, my mom and dad had made the decision to throw me a sweet 16 party. I had gotten a beautiful long pink and gold dress and my sister had the shorter version. At first we thought it was very cute for us to match but people had told us it is not a good idea because of individualism pertaining to the birthday girl. I was okay with my sister matching but we decided to try and exchange it. My mom and dad had asked the owner, a middle aged Indian man to exchange the dress and he blatantly said No. The policy for the pandemic is 24 hours, no return but it is past Covid and people are wearing no masks. He wouldn’t exchange it in my opinion because it offers no benefit to him and his store. We even offered to give him back the dress and he didn’t want it to prove a point. He wanted us to spend more money and purchase a new dress. At first when we bought the dress, he was telling us about his five daughters and how they all had to go through sweet 16’s because we were buying something.very rude and offering no sincerity because it wasn’t in his earnings. He could have exchanged the dress if he wanted, it’s his store. How is someone wearing a dress going to impact a person’s health? Thankfully, one of the workers had told us it was no big deal and do not buy another dress, it’s not worth it. This interaction had made me very sad but some people are like this. This is a life lesson, people are nice and they will tell you all about their life when they can benefit. I am thankful he didn’t exchange it because us matching is very cute, and my parents didn’t need to spend their hard working money on someone who is to mean to be in this world. A lesson to the owner behind the counter, treat people the way you would like to be treated. Don’t only be nice to people when you can get earnings. Have empathy in life- the same people who you are mean and rude to are probably the most generous, kind, hardworking citizens you will ever meet. Disappointed in the service by him…

I was very pleased to visit Blue Angel's today 10/17/2021. The customer service that was offered to me was over the chart. I felt like I was the only customer in the store. Here were attendants to each customer and a pleasant smile on each face. The attendants showed much patience and showed no signs of frustration. No matter how many times it seemed like I was undecided the agent was able to assist me and to encourage not only to make a sale but also to fit my need. I would recommend anyone to stop by Blue Angel's where excellent service as guaranteed and great bargain for your money!
