I recently visited this salon because my family comes here but I was disappointed with the customer service. I would not recommend this place if you have natural hair. The stylist, Illinois, rushed through styling my hair, barely communicated about the treatment of hair or style preference, and burned my skin with the hot iron. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the pain I experienced. I also noticed friendlier service provided to other customers.

I came in for a full set on May 1, 2024. Needless to say that the set did not last long. I work in an industry that requires me to use my hands and I specified this ahead of the service.
I left feeling like I didn’t tip enough, the staff seemed like they were having fun though

I found this place on TikTok in October and I fell in love. I've gotten sew-ins, wash & sets, in between tracks, hair botox, and highlights and every time I get my hair done I leave feeling better than when I came in. All of the ladies are wonderful, they are so sweet. They always make me feel welcome. I have definitely found my salon home and I trust them with any style I want to get. I am in there weekly or bi-weekly and I would recommend this salon to anyone.

My friend recommended this salon because she's been going there for years. So I went last month June on a Friday, got highlights and a cut which to my surprise was $180!!! I told Iesha (owner) who did my hair that I'm Very allergic to hair dyes I CANNOT dye my hair, can only do rinses. She assured me that the highlights would be ok because it wasn't on my scalp which was true. No problems with that. However, when I went to the sink she put a color around my hairline which I thought was a rinse. The next day, Saturday my hairline was red. Sunday it got worse. By Monday, I text & sent her 2 videos showing how red and swollen my face, eyes were. She never called me back. It was so bad that on Monday I ended up going to Urgent Care and the Dr prescribed me a 10 day steroids pack for the allergic reaction. I will NEVER go back there!!!

Pretty good just didn’t like the way my hair was clipped my ends, so I definitely wouldn’t suggest having them clip ends my hair was cut way to short

Update: I want to clarify that it's not all beauticians here, just who I believe is the owner. Illinois does great work and is very knowledgeable and unfortunately I don't know the names of some of the others but be selective. We all have our days, but if any stylist both damages your hair and is belligerent about it, move on.

Best service I had in a while I was in and out for with time to spare for my doctors appointment i would recommend the customer service is excellent and polite they made me feel at home see you again next week

Love this hair salon!!! I always set an appointment and never have to wait when i walk in! The owner cut my hair and it has grown tremendously!! Definitely recommend it!!!
