I'm not really satisfied with the service .I don't like the way they handle the customers hair.. in my observation they use the same pair of gloves to wash everybody's hair. That's so unsanitary.. that's not right. They're so pricecy as well.. poor service

Yary washes my hair very well and I like it. How she dyes my hair is very careful and kind and Josy combs my hair with great care and glamour, they are very professional and I recommend them.

Went for the first time and fell in love❤️ Would have gave it 5 stars but it’s pricey, spent $85 just for this.Overall not bad

I usually come to this spot because it’s convenient for me. I recently came for a wash & blow; I asked for deep conditioning and that came up to $62. The reason I did not give a full five star review was because the stylist burnt my forehead & I felt like it was not taken seriously. She did my hair very beautifully and she was a sweet lady, but I was burned in the process. I understand accidents happen but i wish she would of handled it more professionally. They need to get a first aid kit. I have attached some photos of my burn. Sadly, I had to attend my event like this. They did not offer any discount or courtesy. My hair was done beautifully and I was happy with it but not happy with the burn.Service: Hairstyling

The number that's listed is of someone who is not in the place of business and he tells people that the stylists can do a certain hairstyle, and when you get there the stylists have no clue what you're talking about. I don't know how they do hair so I can't rate that I can only tell you about the customer service.

Long time customer however after reopening from the covid break, prices have increased ridiculously with no warning. It would be nice if if they had a big sign up with pricing instead of the little small sign so that customers can actually see.

My hair cut was messed up, now I have to go somewhere else to fix it and I will have to get it cut shorter than I wanted.
