“I would like to take a moment to commend Ms. Perla Alcaraz of the Apple Bank branch located at 170-29 Hillside Ave. My mother has been assisted by Perla for the past 25 years since Perla was a supervisor at Emigrant Bank which has now changed. Perla treated my mom and myself as family. She is reliable, honest and does her job with integrity. She always has all the answers to your problems and best of all, she takes the time to listen to you. She is also super friendly. She truly cares about my moms needs and would go above and beyond to make sure she has the right information. If you need good customer service, I'd recommend anyone to Perla, she's a wonderful person and a great help to my Mom.”
“Let me start by saying that i usually don't leave any reviews but i had an issue with my business account & walked in a few days ago. The wait was short but the branch manager & business banker Franklyn were very helpful. Franklyn solved my issue right away. He called me today and solved another issue i was having with my merchant service account. I'm very pleased with the staff in this branch. AAAA++++”

“Another one of my favorite Chase banks. I would love to give them 5 stars if they had more staff available. I had to come twice to speak to someone for a pre-approved credit card. The place is clean and they even have a place to wash your hands. I'm especially grateful that they have a security guard posted at night so I can withdraw money from the ATM machines safely. I am grateful for the options that an employee by the name of Russel gave me on my pre approved credit card. He gave me options to choose the best credit card that will be better for me. The process took only 6 minutes.”

“This is one of the best CitiBank branch in Queens, No headache of parking and above all staff here make you feel welcome :) When I am here, I love how they have a seperate line for citibusiness and staff are amazing. Definitely look out for Danielle Porter, she is amazing ... Sharon Dexter is the person to go to when opening your bank account, she is very professional and also I have to give a shout out to lady who wears Hijab/Scarf ( Quamrun Naher ) she truly went above and beyond to get my $2 Bills. It's people like her that makes me stay loyal to CitiBank and keeping my CitiGold and Citibusiness accounts within citi !!!”

However it's not as fast paced as a high rated bank such as chase or boa. Still I would prefer aa credit union over other banks.”
