I been with Bank of America over 12 years I never get a behavior like Mrs Ericka did with me she behave me like a raisist and I am 76 year old but she don't respect me at all I will pray for her to behave nicely with all culture and religion senior people like parents age become she only behave nice with Spanish people only I don't speak good English but I can understand so I see in my eyes how she behave nice with Spanish people and how badly she behave with me ..... she makes me Cry
