Went to the one on Merrick Blvd in Jamaica for a new battery for my vehicle. I received great and speedy service, plus the staff was super friendly and very helpful. I love AutoZone Auto Parts. Thanks guys.

Updated 20240309: from 4 stars to 1 star and is for no real customer support, no quality assurance, and no quality control. I conducted an online order and I went to check if my product was correct. It was missing a part. The attendant checked with the manager and the manager said it is always missing a part....so you are telling me that you are selling overpriced products that are missing parts? Okay...can I get a discount to purchase the missing part...I'll only give you 10% off. 10% off for a missing product that cost over $30 by itself. What a slap in the face. Never again. You would think k after 4 years you would change your business practices but I guess more excuses will always be the reply. I don't recommend this location.
