Great service. Billy, the sales representative, gave me samples to bring home and gave their allegiance to bring them back within 1-2 days which made it easier to pick my choices. They do sell single tiles in case you have a specific number to purchase. Which means if you buy bulk boxes and have extra, they’re returnable within 2 weeks. They’re all very helpful and knowledgeable. If you don’t know about the type of materials, i would ask because i did pick out ceramic tiles at which wouldn’t be my first choice but that’s my fault. It was too late to return since i already installed them. However i did pick out porcelain tiles afterwards and results were amazing. Picture shows porcelain tiles. Either way, 5 stars.

They have the same exact tiles as home depot and are charging more for it than home depot. Its the same Home Decorators brand and everything. They are not the cheapest place to go to anymore. Just go to home depot, they cannot beat home depot`s prices.

After two separate orders placed at two different time points in one year, the same exact scenario happened.The wrong color was delivered and when going back to the store for them to “confirm” the color and order even though we get a carbon copy, they don’t have the correct color in stock. This happened to me 2x and to a friend once..AGAIN. I mean what does it take to add a simple protocol in place to ensure the materials are correct?When materials are delivered, the men have to manually lift it out the truck as there is no lever or lift! And mind you the delivery men are old, no offense. SHAME ON THE MANAGER OF THIS PLACE FOR NOT SPENDING MONEY ON A TRUCK LIFT. You either get younger men who can withstand manual lifting or buy a lift for your delivery truck. It is inhumane.This customer service sucks as they don’t apologize or acknowledge their wrong doing but that comes from the top..the manager/owner does the same

bad experience with mrGordon and also his delivery driver I ordered a complete basement base cabinet and one upper corner cabinet they delivered a different upper cabinet and when I called spoke to mr gordon he was so unprofessional he told me they don't make a 24x24 corner cabinet but I saw it on Home Depot website but he took the order and did not say they don't have that I could have gone somewhere else to get it his drivers left everything outside saying that they have oth places to go I would not recommend shopping here very bad customer service and rude

??♂️Truckers Truckers ??♂️ don’t go there very bad staf they don’t have place to unloading not in the shop also not in the warehouse if they telling you to go warehouse specially 53 truck I just wanna let you know that’s a streets not a truck road if you go inside you cannot go outside from the street otherwise you gonna hit the carBE CAREFUL TRUCKERS PLEASEI WAS STUCK THERE FOR 5 hour nobody move the car and people are crazyNot good for warehouses people they are just need load nobody care about your truck if you are stuck

Besides having everything you need for your construction, renovation or weekend projects the 1-1 attentive costumer service from the staff is something you don't find anymore in those big chain stores we are so used to go. Prices will save your budget and straight honest answers will help you make the right decisions. Saving even more money. Last 20 years, I have done 3 complete home renovations. Auction was a life saver. Definitely recommend

I went with an employee of a contractor company who was helping me pick out the tiles and designs and the employees of the store treated everyone like family. I was blown away by the warmth and professionalism. This will be my future go to spot.

Store has beautiful selection of tiles. But…. The workers here not the owners. The workers are not so pleasant or helpful. Which makes it difficult to actually want to buy from them! Customer service is key! Owners were most definitely helpful and so nice! I’m highly considering going back to purchase my tiles from them!
