Horrible, horrible !! I called before I came in for a car battery. When I called they said the battery was in stock. I traveled to the location when I arrived the store was closed. When I called back the same person I spoke to said yeah we are at another location. So I traveled to the other place. When I arrived the same guy didn't have the courtesy to apologize for his miscommunication. When I spoke to him about it he just said "yeah, yeah". Then he didn't have the battery which he said he had in stock. Never apologized. Please do not go here they are very unprofessional and customer service is poor. No integrity or character. I went to Arch Auto Parts to get some parts for my car very reasonable prices & the staff is very friendly. This store is Covid-19 free & it’s very clean!!!!!
