Everyone is smoking right outside the door of this cafe! Hard to get to the back of the pharmacy. People are blocking the door and the inside. But pharmacy service is good.

I ordered 3 chaa the other day, and akswd for a cup holder(was about to drive somewhere and we had lots of baggage with us. The worker straight up denied me the cup holder said I can carry by hand and after I explained im traveling she asked me to use the cupholder in the car? What's the issue with handing out cupholders? Rude staff never going back. Hope they fire her.

This place got so Worse lately. Ordered snacks( somosa, Dal puri) . It was hard rock, went back to see if i could exchange, workers told me if they microwave it will get softer. So, i said ok, lets try but got worse. No apology or anything nor return. Instead they were telling me it was fine when they ate it.

One of my friend went to Apnar pharmacy and said it was a good place to get the vaccine. So I took my brother to get the vaccine and turns out she was wrong. The guy who gave the vaccine had very bad service. I’m concerned if he is approved or not. First of all, he took a very long time to get ready. Second, my brother got lots of pain when he gave it.

Standards have gone down so badly here. The tea is now $1.25 which isn’t an issue, even though it’s an 8 oz cup you can get in other places for $1 (this is becoming a hillside ave issue where places are raising things at a rapid though). The complaint though is that it’s rancid almost, you can taste something almost metallic in it, they don’t wash those pots clean. Small samosas and shingaras are now $1.25, they’re extremely small. They’re terribly spiced, and both the combo of these snacks and tea can cause food poisoning as many of my friends have experienced and I myself have experienced. The place also lacks cleanliness, it’s gone downhill since COVID. Very upsetting, used to be my go-to spot; now I have to rethink that because of the fact I was food poisoned and some of my close family and friends were. They really need to be cleaner here…

I went to the pharmacy to buy something. The lady at pharmacy, I forgot her name but it was N something, sorry for forgetting her name. She was amazing and she gave me the best customer service of my life. I'm grateful for this girl. I will come back soon to buy anything.

I went to get my vaccine today, Nayla apu was excellent at giving the vaccine. She is very kind and active. And she is very helping to everyone. I recommend going to this pharmacy for the vaccine. SHE IS THE BEST.

I purchased a whole box of chai biscuits for my parents and these biscuits were basically inedible. They tasted old and were so hard to bite through let alone break with your hands. I used to buy from here before and I won't anymore. If your cookies aren't something even you would eat, why sell them?
