I've purchased 3 pieces of furniture and I'm quite satisfied with all pieces. I've had my dresser for over three years and the sofabed 2+.I also ppurchased another dresser for my niece that is 1+ years old and doing quite well. I'd recommend.

The furniture is good but costumer service is terrible. The saleswomen was on the phone for 10 minutes straight not being considerate of waiting costumers. And when negotiating the price, she was being all snappy and saying “why are you wasting my time?” So rude.

Everything was all good until the bed broke a month after purchasing I called the lady that runs the place and she said to text her by sending her pictures of what happened to my bed and she never got back to me be very careful buying from this place

I bought a bed. Two months later my bed broke now. I call to have it fix. She ask me to paid for it..like really??? Now I am still waiting for someone to fix it. Everytime I go in the store she says tomorrow but no one ever comes. This is definitely the WORST PLACE to shop.

I ordered a glass table and need to return it I she declined to comply with my request the table is small I didn't know it was that small all I was asking for was an exchange she nice when you're pay but nasty when it comes to returning stuff but she mess with the wrong one

I went there to buy a mattress chavon was very nice and showed me a plethora of matresses after choosing one that my girl and i like chavonwished us good luck on our up coming wedding.

The worst furniture store on every level! Unprofessional staff .Anna the manager is very prejudiced and rude! After a long ordeal of trying to get furniture I bought from them. They sent me a totally different chest from the one I actually purchased . The box spring for the bedroom set was broken in three places and they patched it then covered it with cloth!Worst experience I've ever had with buying anything! Ruuuunnnn from that place !!!!

I would rather give them 0 star .. theif..spanish lady over there she was smiling only when u buy stuff if for return she treated u so bad..no manners to speak to their customer,even delivery guy start lecturing u without having any knowledge...she herself doesn't know about the policies...
