Didn't use them but when a poke to their representative (by the name of Will), he kept telling me what I wanted. When I told him I thought his pricing was higher than what I wanted, he hung up. I would say avoid this company.

Short review: Do not use them under any circumstances, but if you want the details, see below. I used "All City Movers" when I moved from Brooklyn, NY to Austin, TX at the end of May 2017. I made an initial $100 payment on May 9th to reserve the moving company and a second payment of $1260 on May 21st. They told me they have insurance for damages up to $10,000 and all my belonging will be delivered "room to room" - which means if the box says "bedroom" it will be brought to the bedroom, if it box says "kitchen" it will be placed in the kitchen etc. However, they did not deliver on their promise. 1) They damaged over $400 dollars' worth of my belonging and 2) The delivery driver dropped all my stuff off in the hallway and bullied me into paying him an extra $150 or he would not give me the rest of my stuff. After calling All City Movers, I was told to file a case with "Claim Service International." It turns out All City Movers does not have insurance that would cover me, but rather I have to go through an arbitrator who determines damages based on weight. For example: a plate which is worth $32 was smashed, but because it weighs about 1 pound, they are willing to pay $.45 (45 cents!). After months of dragging this process out, Claim Service Intentional settled the dispute in my favor and we agreed on $63.12 - even though the damages were greater than $400. I signed and emailed them a copy of the "Release Form" on 10/31/2017 and I was expecting a check from All City Movers. It is now the end of May 2018, 1 YEAR since I moved and I have yet to receive any compensation - and the whole moved cost me $1910.00. Do not use this company!

DONT USE THIS COMPANY!! I wish I could give less than a star! They charged $500 more than they quoted me, It took over a month to get my belongings and I literally had to call EVERYDAY and they just kept lying and saying it will be in in a couple of days and to top it off once i finally got my stuff most of it was broken and some was missing! They didn't do anything to help and they are all just terrible liars. This is the worst moving experience I've ever had!!! Don't use them just do it yourself or find a reputable company.

If I could give negative starts I would. The binding price of course changed. Everyone talked about everyone saying the first person I spoke with was not the decision maker... Turns out none of them are decision makers apparently. They promised they it would be their guy to make the delivery... The people who showed up to pick up were all day workers who literally waited around to get paid after the job was done. The person who came to deliver... Yes I said person was also a contracted individual with a rented truck and a day worker he picked up on his way to my house. They damaged ALL if my large pieces. EVERYTHING!!! When I put in a claim (with pictures attached) I was told I needed to resubmit as my pictures did not show the furniture assembled. The reason it was unassembled was because the delivery guy could not assemble it. He called me at 12 pm to ask if he could deliver later that afternoon. I said yes. He showed up at 9 pm. Dumped everything in the center of the room. Only when I asked did he attempt to assemble my daughter's bed, he didn't know how to do it and caused irreparable damage them said it was because it was a cheap piece of furniture. I can't spell this it clearer. Do not use this company. It is worthless. The people are jokes and no one cares no matter how much they claim they will take care of your stuff.

Could one rate a score of -5?! Well, it should be implemented for All City Movers. I have moved many times in my life and this company is by far, the worst. The owner/manager, Will, once he takes your money and gets you to sign a contract with all his deceiving verbal agreements, he fails to deliver in every way. A week time delivery turned into almost 4 weeks. All the boxes had tears and I had to rent a u-haul truck if I wanted to get my belongings, because the the truck was massive (for just 25 boxes) and it didn’t clear the huge parking of the storage facility. Best response was “rent another truck lady”. Biggest piece of s... I ever had to deal with, all around, everyone from the manager, secretaries and drivers, beyond unprofessional and rude. DO NOT go with this company.

I hired All City Movers for two moves. One to FL and a local move from BK to Queens. The FL move was great and the one to Queens was just ok. Id use them again though

The worst company you can go with. I relocated to Florida about 6 month ago and I made the mistake to send my expensive furniture with them. The furniture did not arrive the day they told me instead it was two days after my chair linen was completely destroyed my bed frame was in pieces they stole a $800 chandelier completely new it was on it original box my French table was torn it was a complete disaster. After I submitted a claim the want to reimburse me $120 this company is a joke and that is why I'm suiting them. Please if anyone is thinking on moving look at the rating of the company and reviews do not make the same mistake I did.

This company know how to steal your money . Please people stay away from this company all city mover . There will call and email you estimate for the job and act very professional to get your business . They will give you a date for delivery of your furniture and stuff and you will be waiting days after for your stuff then they show with it broken . If you try calling the manager or emailing them no one will reply to you until the are at your door with your stuff day after the delivery date Very very bad company to do business with . Its all about getting your money. Managerment don't know how to talk to the customers.

Incredibly rude service representive (by the name of Will). Received an email quote with an estimate volume of 480 cf for $1100. When calling them, it was actually 200cf for 1100. Almost gave away my credit card number. Avoid this company
