Didn’t even know simple English and ruined my hair I do not recommend going, told her I wanted my hair up to my hips but made it shorter, other people were nice though.

I have been going to Rosa since she was working at Envy on Jamaica Ave . When she opened her own place I continue to go to her . I would admit she has an attitude lots of times but I don’t say anything. I have my own nails so I don’t do tips. Lots of times she would mess up my nails and when I tell her about it she would give me an attitude. She never like to correct her mistakes . She don’t pay attention to what she is doing she talk and carry on conversation with the girls who work there to much . Sometimes I get little cuts from her machine and when I tell her she has an attitude. I recently went to her and while doing my nails she messed up one by making it to short and round instead of square. I ask her to fix the other nails so it look like the round one and she got so angry . Her boyfriend sitting there and speaking to her in Spanish and telling her things about me . She had such a nasty attitude and the boyfriend keep saying things to her . All I did was ask her to file the other nails so they would all look the same and she got very angry . In the past when she mess up she fix it . But with the influence of the boyfriend she was angry this time . He told her to tell me to leave and not to come back . She never finished my nails I had to go somewhere else to finish it . If she would pay more attention and not talk to much either on the phone or with the girls there she would not make mistakes. The manner in which she behave was not professional. That nasty attitude was not called for and the boyfriend sitting there and influencing her is very bad . I had to tell him I am speaking to Rosa and not him and that he should not say anything about me . I left and after going to Rosa for about 15 years I definitely would not be going back there again. By she having her boyfriend saying things about me was not nice and he telling me to leave . As for Veronica the pedicure girl she is a sweetheart.Customers come first . Nasty attitude isn’t called for and having your boyfriend saying things about customers is not professional at all .

Last year, I had asked Rosa a question regarding dip powder and she answered it. Today was my first time at VSV nails doing a service. I passed and it was empty. I was going to get a gel pedi and fill in but the colors are limited. I ended up doing a regular pedi for $25. My tech Veronica was a nice lady suggested colors from the small variety they had. When I got home, noticed on a toe she didn't get the side of one and some small bubbles. I informed Rosa there are not many colors and she shrugged. She than said there are and points to the wall. If 2 shelfs of polish is alot, she needs rethink that. As a customer, I was just informing her why I decided to not do a fill in.

Been going here 4+ YEARS, but THEY (FAYE & AMY) lost MY Business TONIGHT.. I get DIFFERENT Prices EVERYTIME I Go here for tips..shouldn't be LIKE THAT! On top of me driving past 30+ nail salons on my way from Brooklyn& EXTRA Gas money just to GO HERE .... I feel like once they know your a loyal customer & THINK You got some money,they gonna charge you whatever they feel like EVERYTIME!!!DAMN SHAME!!! Especially since I Tip EVERY SINGLE TIME AND Give Christmas gifts

Don't come here for a haircut. She cut it unevenly and I had to ask her to cut my hair again twice which resulted in my hair becoming super short. That upset me because it took so long to grow out my hair.

I visited shahis for my eb , lip and chin . They were so careful in doing service with me . Measure temperature ,fill form n do very professional way considering the health n safety of there clients . I refuse to do my service in nearby salons because they were not wearing mask n were not consider about safety of clients. My face polish and facial was excellent too.

I've came here a couple of times and each time these people do what they please on your nails. They rush the service and then hit you with an unexpected price, and cut me everytime. They let obnoxious customers eat in there as well. Absolutely disgusting

Shahi is the only person I trust for my eyebrows. She's very gentle when threading, and it also helps that her hands are super soft! She is very personable and maintains great relationships with her customers. I always appreciate my visits to her salon.

Do not even waste your time the lady basically rushed through doing my acrylic set . My nails aren't fully covered with the acrylic and she cut my cuticles! HORRIBLE
