Went in here a couple days ago to look at some dresses and the lady behind the counter with the most condescending, rude attitude. She didn’t say hello not one thing and the first time she decides to speak she wants to be rude to a customer? Ridiculous I won’t be buying ANYTHING from this store.

Bangladeshi cloth store for women in Hillside Ave. Small store full of women's dresses. The store was busy in Eid time. 169 st station nearby, F train only.

This used to be one of my favorite place to shop. But now a days it's getting very hard to shop there. The store is small but too much stuff. so it takes up space . I know the owner personally, so I hope he can make this store bigger & comfortable for his customers! Because it's just makes you feel suffocating! Now the reason I took stars away, customer service ! They have an attitude which is bad for customer service . Living in NY city they still aren't able to learn this Back home customer service is way better! So it's not that they don't have great experience shopping! Maybe because they don't have enough space & stuff to help the customers! Whenever you wanna different size or colors their faces changes ! Is it because it's a hassle for them to find stuff ! Who knows it could be! The owner needs to get a bigger space before he starts loosing customers! The family is really good so I want best for them! They definitely need to hire more nicer stuff ! We customers can be irritating sometimes but in USA there is a saying : Customer is always right .....

Nice customer service. They have traditional Bengali and Indian clothes, readymade blouse and skirts for Saree’s, which makes things easier on urgent call. They also have jewelries ?
