When I got here it seemed as if I had stumbled upon a vegan/vegetarian grocery store in the back of a bookstore. While it is not very big, you will see all the bigger vegan brands that you sometimes are looking for. The prices aren’t the best but I saw brands that I rarely see.

The vegan and vegetarian grocery options are great. The cooked vegetarian patty we grabbed for lunch were good.

Nice experience, they have a new section where they sell patties,drinks,cakes etc....they're lentil and chicken pea patties are really good,they do sell out quick though,also like to buy their sea moss to put In my smoothies. Definitely worth a look see ? ?

Reasonable selections of books for spiritual growth. Also health book, health cooking book and Bibles for all class of people, kids included. It have a small selection of health food products. Fist time shopping there and plan to go back there again soon. Small parking lot available while you shop, and it not crowded.
