Everything was going well,I did not mention I had two accidents,I thought they saw it on my record,in any case I was turned down but came back with the judges decision on both accidents,I was not at fault,still trying to reapply.

Me and my friends were having trouble at the self bag check in and the agents in the regular check in at our airline were taking much too long. Thankfully, Tristan Edwards, who I believe is an ABM employee, saved the day. He took us to three different machines until he could find one that was compatible with our bag and got us through. Thanks for setting our trip off to a good start, Tristan!

I stopped by at Dunkin Donut shop at the Departure entrance of Terminal 4. After I ate my coffee and donuts, I briefly used the nearby bathroom facility to brush my teeth. I used the sink closest to the wall. The bathroom was not crowded and everyone is keeping the Distancing requirements. The elderly Janitress, chewed me and was harassing me for removing my Mask, while brushing my teeth. She accused me of not being respectful of the law. Not only that I work for the airline, I flew a lot. This Janitress need a badly-needed education about the Mask and Social Distancing Protocols.

I was wrongly charged for my parking as I am an employee and have expensed privileges. I was charged on my EZpass without confirming with me that i wanted to use such form for payment or before asking if i was an employee. Mind you, this was on December, 9th of 2017! I have yet to receive my refund and it is October, 5th 2018. I have attempted numerous emails and calls to follow up and i dont receive a response from either method. No help, no assistance and extremely unprofessional business.

I wanted to take a minute to say a few nice words about the ABM cleaning crew at the Delta terminal (T4) at JFK. I misplaced my phone inside the terminal and after hours of being passed back and forth from angry airline workers to power tripping Port Authority police, the kind workers at ABM went above and beyond to help me locate (successfully!) my phone. They were the first people to actually help after hours of being told "there was nothing we can do". Kind people and really saved me in a moment of panic.

This company called my son made an appointment for him to come out to JFK In all that rain wechad just to find out that the Supervisior was on vacation.He spent3 hours there waiting and asking questions and no one knew nothing.A total waste of time and cat fare then on top of that when i tried getting answer s they kept giving me diffrent numbers to which nobody was picking up and no one responded to my calls.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
